Life at Lowood
Jane immediately makes friend with a girl called Helen Burns. • As a consequence of bad conditions, typhus breaks out. Many girls die, including Helen, Jane’s best friend • Jane stays at Lowood eight years as a pupil and then two years as a teacher.

But zhu's parents have already arranged for her to marry a man from a rich family called Ma Wencai. Liang is heartbroken when he hears the news and his health gradually deteriorates. Then he dies in office later as a county magistrate.

Thornfield Hall
After posting an advertisement in a local paper, Jane becomes the private governess at Thornfield Hall. Her pupil is a young French girl named Adele. Thornfield Hall belongs to a Mr.Rochester,where she falls love with her empolyer,Edward Rochester.

One day, Zhu’s father asked her to return home as soon as possible. Liang accompanies his "sworn brother" for 18 miles to see her off. During the journey, Zhu hints to Liang that she is actually a woman. Before they part, Zhu reminds Liang to visit her residence later so he can propose to marry her "sister." Months later, when Liang visits Zhu, he discovers that she is actually a woman. They make a vow of "till death do us part"

On the day of Ma and Zhu's marriage, mysterious whirlwinds prevent the wedding procession from escorting the bride beyond Liang's grave. She cried loudly and sadly in front of the tomb.Yingtai who loved Liang deeply jumped into the tomb with smile before others could realize it. Zhu left the procession to pay her respects for Liang.

General,the actor’s economic conditions are bad, and not very strong.But he is honest and capable person, such as Liang Shangbo in "Butterfly Lovers", Dong Yong in "Angel Matches’’,Xu Xian in "White Snake" and Zhang Sheng in "The West Chamber" etc. They are not rich and powerful people.

However, west is romance, they expressed love in bluntly （直率的） words. Besides, they promoted the story by characters emotional vividly.
During her journey to Hangzhou, she meets Liang Shanbo, a scholar from Kuaiji （Kuàijī, present-day Shaoxing). They chat and feel a strong affinity for each other at their first meeting.
