暖通空调课程设计说明书格式要求

建筑环境与设备工程通风空调工程课程设计说明书姓名xxx学号0802301-01院系城市建设系专业建筑环境与设备工程指导教师张腊春张新桥2011年 7月 1日摘要本设计为常德市休闲娱乐城通风空调设计。

该建筑为5层建筑,地下一层、地上四层(不包括架空层),建筑总高度为15.8m,本建筑为公共娱乐建筑,位于常德市。

地下一层有男女浴池、包间、KTV、等娱乐场所。

一层及以上部分有餐厅、酒吧、商场、客房等。

该工程建筑总面积为6953.29m2,空调面积为2833.69 m2,设计总冷负荷为512kW,总热负荷为420kW。

本设计严格按照施工图设计步骤进行,首先计算了空调冷热负荷,其次确定了中央空调的风系统和水系统,然后确定中央空调系统的冷热源设备等,最后进行了通风及防排烟设计。

根据本建筑的功能特点,经过空调方案的优缺点对比分析,选取了吊顶柜式空调器加新风回风混合送风系统和风机盘管+独立新风系统混用的空调方式。

吊顶柜式空调器加新风系统主要用于餐厅、商场室等大空间场所,可以有效改善房间空气质量,并且在过渡季节实现全新风运行,最大程度上利用自然界的能量,节省能源。

风机盘管+独立新风的空调方式是由风机盘管承担室内所有冷负荷,而新风负荷由各层新风机组来承担,新风通过新风机组处理到与室内等焓状态点,直接送入房间。

该设计方案可以同时满足不同房间供冷或供热的需求,更好的适应小区域的负荷变化,主要用于旅馆标准客房。

针对实际使用情况与消防方面的要求,系统设计了通风方案,采用机械加压送风系统和机械排风系统。

地下室防排烟系统和排风系统采用同一风管,风机选择双速风机,地下补风采用车道自然补风。

前室送风机与走道排烟风机均布于楼顶,以确保发生火灾时人员的疏散问题。

卫生间设置排风系统。

在本设计中空调水系统采用闭式、异程式水系统,按风机盘管的表冷器冷、热水供应方式选择两管制。

本设计将空调机房置于架空层,选用两台螺杆式冷水机组及锅炉作为本工程中冷热源,两台螺杆式冷水机组型号分别为:W(D)-LSLGF200、W(D)-LSLGF 300制冷量分别为216 kW、324kw。

锅炉型号为WITOMA-200 M236。

关键词:节能;机械排风;冷负荷;螺杆式冷水机组;锅炉ABSTRACTThis project is a ventilation and air-conditioning design for the entertainment center in ChangDe city. The entertainment center is a five story building, which includes a basement, four ground layers and an open floor. It is a kind of public entertainment architecture and has a total height of 15.8m. The basement of the center is an amusement place, which has public bathrooms, KTV, and several VIP rooms for guest. Other floor of the building has restaurants, bars, shopping malls, rooms and so on. The total architectural floor area of the center is 6953.29 m2 and the air conditioning area of the center is 2833.69 m2. The total cooling load for the design is 512kW and the total heat load is 420kW.It is strictly to design according to shop drawing steps. First, we calculate the load of the air-conditioning. Then we ascertain the wind system and water system of the air-conditioning. The third, we choose the cold and heat sources. The last, we ascertain the basement exhausting smoke systems and the discharge air system.According to features of the building, after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of air-conditioning program, select the entire air system and fan coil + independent new atmosphere system. Entire air system is mainly used for dining, shopping malls and other large spatial areas, which can effectively improve room air quality and to achieve entire fresh air run in transition seasons, maximize use of natural energy and save energy. Fan coil + independent new atmosphere system is composed of the indoor fan coil unit which take all the cooling load and the fresh air handling unit which take the fresh air cooling load. The fresh air which through the new air handling unit reach the indoor enthalpy point and directly into the room. This design program can meet different room cooling or heating demand, and better adapt to changes in small area load, the main criteria for hotel rooms.For actual usage and fire safety requirements, this design contains ventilation system design programs, which contain mechanical systems and mechanical air pressure ventilation system. The basement smoke control and ventilation system use same duct. The fans choose two-speed fan. The basement air supplement uses drive passage to supply. The Antechamber Blower and the Aisle Exhaust Fans are at the top of the building roof to ensure the evacuation when the fire occurs. The bathroom also set exhaust ventilation system.In this design, the air conditioning water system use closed and different programs water systems. According to fan coil in the cooler, the cold and hot water supply use two pipeline systems. We placed the air-conditioned room in the open floor and selected two screw chillers and boilers as the cooling and heating source.
