颈椎病论文：寒邪对颈椎病的影响
【中文摘要】通过不同人群的调查,分析得出人群中寒邪因素对颈椎病的影响,为颈椎病的预防和治疗提供依据。
方法：对2010年3月至2011年3月期间在黑龙江中医药大学及解放军第211医院体检中心进行体检的人员进行问卷调查。
排除颈椎肿瘤、结核炎症,外周神经卡压综合征等疾病。
共获得调查资料1009份,其中颈椎病患者为171例。
将数据进行统一的分析整理,运用统计学软件SPSS 17.0对资料进行分析和处理。
通过对年龄、性别、发病诱因、寒邪侵袭病史工作环境、通风条件、感受寒邪季节、病程等及针对寒邪的生活习惯(是否随天气变化增添衣物)等与寒邪有关的方面的讨论探讨寒邪对颈椎病产生的影响。
结果：由于寒邪侵袭颈部造成局部浅表组织无菌性炎症,血管收缩,肌肉痉挛,对深部组织结构和功能亦会产生影响。
调查发现20.4%的患者发病时有寒邪因素诱导。
易感受寒邪人群(长期处于空调或正对窗户(门)或在露天环境中工作)中颈椎病发病率明显高于正常人群。
注意到颈部保暖,随天气变化增添衣物的人群患颈椎病的几率低于其他人群。
且病程越长受寒邪影响的几率越小。
小于40岁人群中夏冬季节易受到寒邪侵袭,40岁以上年龄段寒邪侵袭颈部多发生于秋冬两季。
颈部受寒邪侵袭最常出现的与颈椎病相关的症状是,颈部僵直或疼痛、肩部僵直或疼痛、枕部疼痛。
结论：寒邪是颈椎病的发生和发展一个重要的危险因素。
【英文摘要】:Through the investigation of the different
groups of cervical spondylosis,Analysis cold factors on the population distributionf cervical spondylosis influence, provides the basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:Conducted a random survey of 1009 among the people who check the body in march 2010 to march 2011 in the Physical Examination Centers of the first subsidiary hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and the 211 hospital of the Peoples Liberation Army.Uiform data collection, then use SPSS 17statistical software to statistical analysis the data.Research the morbidities of the different people about genders years,if attack by the cold an so on.Result:Cold pathogen can makes soft tissue aseptic inflammation and Vasoconstriction Muscle cramps and Cervical disc degeneration,can infuence the deep Tissue.The people who stay a long time incoldcondition have the higher risk about Cervical spondylosis.The prevalence of the people who keeping warm is less than the other people. The longer the duration,the smaller the impact.The older have more chance to catch the cold.The younger usually had cold in summer,the older had in winter.The symptoms of the people who catching the cold are similar with cervical spondylosis are Neck pain or stiffness, Shoulder pain and stiffness, Occipital pain.Conclusion:Cold
pathogen is an impormant factor about the pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis.
