化学性能新要求
☆ 迁移元素限制种类大幅增加、限量大幅降低 ☆ 对玩具材料将按“干燥、易碎、粉状或易弯的玩具材料”、“液态或
粘性玩具材料”、以及“刮漆玩具材料”分别设定高低不同的限量要求
☆ 亚硝胺以及亚硝胺化合物被禁止用于三岁以下儿童的玩具中以及
☆ 致癌的、致基因突变的或有生殖毒性的物质（CMR）不得在玩
具组件或具有不同微观结构的玩具部件中使用。
☆ 玩具中不应含有列表1中的55种致敏性芳香物质，只有在技术
上无法避免时，允许存在，其含量应低于100mg/kg。
☆ 如果玩具或其部件中添加列表2中的香料浓度超过100mg/kg，
必须在玩具、标签、包装或随附单页上标明。
