标采取的措施
雅迪物业按照建设部住宅与房地产业司建住房物[2000]008号《关于修订全国物业管理示范住宅小区（大厦、工业区）标准及有关考评验收工作的通知》，针对武船重工协力公寓的重要性和特点，结合多年的实际运作经验，从专业化物业管理的角度出发，本着高标准、严要求、操作简便的原则，按照《全国物业管理优秀示范公寓标准》，对各项管理指标作出承诺：
