本团队共有专任教师26名,其中拥有高级职称的有4人,中级职称的有6人, 初级职称的有16人。从学历结构上看,研究生学历的有3人,本科学历的有 23人。年龄分布亦很合理,30岁以下的年轻教师有17人,30~40岁的骨干教 师有6人,40岁以上的教学经验丰富的教师有3人。

1、背景知识 (Backgrounds)
