从第二批开始，按照装货港检验单和提单支付90%货款，按照到货港CCIC检验单支付10%余款。

Price adjustment锰的含量基于32%-34%，调价如下：The content of Mn is based on 32%-34%, and price shall be adjusted like below:10.1.锰的含量低于32%时,其含量每低1%基础价减USD 3；锰的含量高于34%时, 其含量每高1%基础价增加USD 4；锰的含量低于30%时,买方有权拒收。
10.1 The base price shall be decreased by USD 3 as per Clause 2 for each 1% MN per DMT in case of MNbelow 32 %, fractions pro-rata.The base price shall be increased by USD 5 as per Clause 2 for each 1% MN per DMT in case of MN above32 %, fractions pro-rata.Buyer can reject the goods when Mn content below 30%.10.2.铁的含量超过6.0 %时，其含量每超过1%基础价减USD1.5，其含量超过11%时拒收或价格另议。
