国际贸易采购合同
This International Trade Purchase Contract ("Contract") is made and entered into on this [date] by and between [Seller's Name and Address] ("Seller") and [Buyer's Name and Address] ("Buyer") collectively referred to as the "Parties".

1. Product Description and Quantity

2. Quality and Inspection

2.1 The Seller shall ensure that the products delivered meet the agreed upon specifications, quality, and standards.

2.2 The Buyer has the right to inspect the products upon delivery and reject any products that do not conform to the agreed specifications.

3. Packaging and Shipment

3.1 The Seller shall pack the products in a suitable manner to ensure their safety and protection during transportation.

3.2 The Seller shall arrange for the shipment of the products to the agreed port or location specified by the Buyer.

4. Delivery and Payment

4.1 The Seller shall deliver the products to the Buyer within the agreed timeframe as specified in this Contract.

5. Warranties and After-sales Service

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7. Entire Agreement

7.2 Any modification or amendment to this Contract shall be made in writing and signed by both Parties.

8. Severability

8.1 If any provision of this Contract is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
