智慧社区建设现状、问题与对策研究
——以宁波鼓楼等试点社区为例
摘要
随着社会信息化的不断运用和发展，同时伴随着人类城市化进程的加速，人们在享受信息化带来的便利服务的同时，也面临着人口膨胀、资源短缺、环境恶化、公共安全、交通拥堵等一系列问题的挑战，能否协调处理好这些问题是关系到城市现代化建设能否顺利进行的关键所在，同时也切实影响到人民群众切实的自身利益。

“智慧城市”的提出，作为解决城市发展面临问题的一种切实可行的方法，受到了世界各国重视，在此背景方向的指导下，各国积极开展各项工作，从而更加智慧全面地协调好城市发展。

本文通过研究宁波鼓楼等试点社区的建设模式，分析其优劣，从而提出更适合于宁波的智慧社区建设模式，不仅对于智慧社区建设理论研究的本土化发展具有积极价值，而且对于智慧社区建设实践具有一定的现实意义。

Abstract
With the continuous application and the development of the information society, accompanied by the acceleration of the process of human city, people enjoy the convenience brought by the information service at the same time, also faces a series of problems of population expansion, resource shortage, environmental deterioration, public security, traffic congestion and other challenges, can deal with these problems is the key relationship to city modernization construction can proceed smoothly, but also effectively affects the people's real interests. “The wisdom of the city”as a solution to a practical method for city development problems, by the world attention, in this direction, countries actively to carry out the work, and thus more wisdom to
coordinate the city development. Through the study of the Ningbo Gulou pilot community construction mode, analysis its pros and cons, thus put forward the mode of intelligent community construction is more suitable for Ningbo, not only has a positive value to the intelligence community construction theory research development in China, but also has some practical significance for the intelligence community construction practice.
