Study earnestly radar manual, be familiar with each part and button of radar, knows the radar operation procedure.1.1.2.检查有无人员在天线附近，天线上有无意外绳索缠挂或其他物体阻碍。
Check if there is person near the antenna. Check if there is rope hung on antenna or other obstruct.1.1.3.检查“辉度”、“增益”及“海浪抑制”旋钮是否在最小位置；“雷达开关”是否在断开位置。
Check …brightness‟ button, …grain‟button and …sea-clutter suppression‟ button having been placed on minimum position. …Radar Switch‟ should be …on‟.1.2.开机程序Turn on procedure1.2.1.接通雷达（稳压）电源；并观察电压指示是否正常。
Switch on radar stabilized voltage supply, observe voltage is normal or not.1.2.2.将“雷达开关”置于等待位置，调节“照明”旋钮，使照明亮度适当。
Place …radar switch‟ on …wait‟, adjust …lighting‟ button to appropriate brightness.1.2.3.若另有“天线开关”的；将天线开关置于接通位置。
If there is …antenna switch‟, place it to …on‟.1.2.4.按需要调整“量程选择”开关选择适当的量程。
Adjust …range select‟ button to appropriate range as demand.1.2.5.开关三分钟（发射指示灯亮）后，将雷达开关由等待位置转到“发射”位置。
When transmit indication light shines, stir radar switch from …wait‟ to …transmit‟.1.2.6.调节“辉度”旋钮，使扫描线刚好出现，但不要使其亮度过大。
Adjust …brightness‟ button to make scan line appear exactly, not too brightness.1.2.7.调节“固定距标辉度”旋钮，使固定距标刚好看见。
Adju st …fixing range brightness‟ button to make fixing range appear exactly.1.2.8.调节“增益”旋钮，使屏幕上刚好出现杂波麻点。
Adjust …grain‟ button to make clutter pock appear exactly on screen.1.2.9.调节“调谐”旋钮，使之出现回波且最强。
Adjust …tune‟ button to make echo appear and echo is the strongest.1.2.10.当变换量标时；应先把“辉度”旋至最小，然后改变量程。
When change measurement, should switch …brightness‟ button to minimum and change range.1.2.11.视需要调整“海浪抑制”，“雨雪抑制”等旋钮。
Adjust …sea-clutter suppression‟ button and …snow/rain suppression‟ button as demand.1.3.关机程序Turn off procedure1.3.1.把“辉度”、“增益”旋钮调到最小位置。
Switch …brightness‟ button and …grain‟ button to minimum.1.3.2.把“天线开关”置于断开位置。
Place …antenna switch‟ on …off‟.1.3.3.把“雷达开关”置于断开位置。
Place …radar switch‟ on …off‟.1.3.4.断开稳压电源。
Cut off stabilized voltage supply.2.GPS（卫星定位仪）的操作GPS operation2.1.开机，按PWR/DIM键将电源打开Turn on: Press …PWR/DIM‟ button to switch on power.2.2.当接收到三颗或更多卫星时船舶才能定位，如果显示屏上HDOP99.9字母在闪烁表示不定位，而显示屏显示HDOP3.1时表示已定位。
When receive three or more satellites, can fix position. If display …HDOP99.9‟ on screen, it shows no fixed position. If display …HDOP3.1‟ on scree n, it shows fixed position.2.3.MODE键用于选择NA V、PLOT或SET模式MENU菜单CLR清除键、关闭报警ENT输入暂存资料EVT存储实时船位CTRS改变显示屏对比度SEC选择每一设置项目MOB存储实时船位以备紧急使用Select …NA V‟, …PLOT‟ or …SET‟ model by …MODE‟ button.2.4.根据计划航线各转向点，通过数字键，箭头方向键，东西南北键依次输入，确定计划航线。
As turn points of planed route, input in turn by number key, direction key, east/west/south/north key to determine planed route.2.5.关机，按住PWR/DIM OFF键超过2秒即关机。
Turn off: Press …PWR/DIM‟ button for 2 seconds.3.磁罗经的使用Use of magnetic compass3.1.所有海船不论其航行区域，用途和船上有否陀螺罗经，均须装置磁罗经。
All seagoing vessels should install magnetic compass regardless of trading limits, purpose, being gyro-compass on board or not.3.2.磁罗经设备必须齐全，以保证其正常工作。
Magnetic compass set should be complete which can ensure it work in normal.3.3.操舵罗经必须有罗经放大镜，以便清晰地看清读数。
Steering compass should be equipped with magnifier so that it is clear for reading.3.4.标准罗经必须有适合的方位仪，其照准面必须与罗盘平面垂直并通过罗盘中心，测方位的误差不及超过0.2度。
Standard compass should be equipped appropriate azimuth instrument, its sighting plane should be uprightness with compass plane and pass center of compass. Error of measuring position can not exceed 0.2 degree.3.5.罗经应有照明设备，通入罗经柜或罗经附近的电线必须双线并排。
Compass should be equipped the lighting installation. Wire inputting binnacle or near compass should be crewel side by side.3.6.标准罗经应有防水的帆布置配套。
Standard compass should be equipped waterproof canvas cover.3.7.标准罗经应经常加盖。
Standard compass should be often covered.3.8.罗经中出现气泡必须消除。
Air bubble in compass should be eliminated.3.9.经常检查罗盘停滞性。
Often inspect compass stagnation.3.10.替换罗盘时，必须检查罗盆基线是否与船首尾线重合，且重新观测各航向的自差。
When replace compass, should check if the base line of compass bowl is superposition with fore and aft line. Meantime should observe again the autodyne for each course.3.11.搬移罗盘必须特别小心，勿使其受到剧烈振动。
When moves compass, should be careful. No serious vibration.3.12.罗经柜内外金属部分和磁铁应保持不生锈。
Metal part of inner binnacle and outer binnacle and magnet should be kept no rust.3.13.在罗经附近工作或观测方位，不应带有铁器（如弹簧螺帽，铁钮扣，徽章等），罗经附近不应放置铁磁性物件。
When work or measure position near compass, no ironware. Magnetic article should not be placed near compass.3.14.在情况许可下，每班值班驾驶员应测定罗经误差，以便检查磁罗经状况。
