订单可以分为订购单（Order Sheet, Order form) 和订购函（Order letter)。
订购单是各公司自制的，有固定的格式， 但最好再加入简单的说明字样 （Covering Letter）－“随函寄送订单”。
订购函（Order Letter）则必须要写明商 品的细目（品名、货号、质量以及规格 等），数量（是否允许溢短装等等）， 价格，运货条件（地点、日期以及运输 方式等），包装与唛头，支付方式，寄 送单据（时间，方式以及份数等）。
Three copies of the invoice, a copy each of the packing list and other necessary documents should be sent to us by mail.
