分离轴承试验大纲.

1范围
本标准规定了汽车用离合器分离轴承(以下简称轴承)及其单元的定义、分类、结构型式、外形尺寸、技术要求、检验规则和试验方法等。
本标准适用于轴承制造厂生产检验和用户验收。

下列标准所包含的条文,通过在本标准中引用而构成为本标准的条文。本标准出版时,所示版本均为有效。所有标准都会被修订,使用本标准的各方应探讨使用下列标准最新版本的可能性。
本标准主要起草人:宋丽、倪伯华、王秀荣、肖壮勇、李俭、马明君、孙文玲、徐浩。本标准于1991年6月首次发布,本次是第一次修订。

前言
本标准是对JB/T 5312—1991《汽车离合器用角接触球轴承》的修订。
本标准与JB/T 5312—1991相比,主要在以下方面进行了修改:
——增加了多种新结构离合器分离轴承及其单元;
——规定了离合器分离轴承及其单元的代号方法;
——修改并增加了技术要求的部分内容,相应修订了测量和检验方法;
——新增了检验规则;

具有自动调整离合器分离轴承与离合器盖总成同轴旋转性能的轴承单元。受推力压向离合器分离指(杆)实现离合器分离(切断动力)的轴承。受拉力拉动离合器分离指实现离合器分离的轴承。外圈端面与离合器分离指(杆)接触旋转的轴承。内圈端面与离合器分离指(杆)接触旋转的轴承。套在变速器轴承盖管状延伸部分的零件,对分离轴承的轴向移动起导向作用。使轴承旋转轴心对单元轴心产生相对径向位移的起始力。轴承在单元内从一个极限位置到另一个极限位置的径向移动量。模拟离合器分离轴承工况下台架试验,轴承所能达到规定的离合次数。单位为万次。套圈端面与分离指(杆)接触表面的中心圆直径。轴承单元与拨叉配合的工作面到单元接触圆的轴向距离。3. 5推式离合器用分离轴承push–style clutch release bearing unit 3. 6拉式离合器用分离轴承draw–style clutch rele ase bearing unit 3. 7外圈旋转式离合器分离轴承out ring rotating clutch release bearing 3. 8内圈旋转式离合器分离轴承inner ring rotating clutch release bearing 3. 9分离套筒relea se sleeve 3. 10调心力aligning f orce 3. 11调心量aligning displa ce ment 3. 12台架模拟寿命test rig simulate life 3. 13接触圆直径c onta ct circula r dia mete r 3. 14轴承单元配合宽度f ork to f ace width 4符号

本标准由全国滚动轴承标准化技术委员会提出并归口。
