EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
雇用合同
Ⅰ、聘请美国籍。
Party A wishes to engage the service of Party B as .
双方本着友好合作精神，自愿签订本合同并保证认真履行合同中约定的各项义务。
The two parties, in a spirit of friendly cooperation, agree to sign this contract and pledge to keep the stipulation of this contract .
Ⅱ、合同期自年月日至年月日止。
The period of service will be from the day of , to the day of . Ⅲ、受聘方的工作任务：
The duties of Party B
受聘方每周工作时间为周一至周五，每天工作 6 小时(上午8：30至12:00，下午2：30至5:00)。每周不超过30小时，超过30小时视为加班，加班费按元/小时计。
Party B should work up to 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday. On weekdays, morning shift is from 8:30AM to 12:00AM and afternoon shift is from 2:30PM to 5:00PM. Anything over 30hours is considered overtime. RMB should be paid for each overtime hour.
Ⅳ、受聘方的工资、福利及带薪假
Salary，welfare and paid holiday of Party B.
1. 受聘方月薪为人民币 4000 元。
The Party B’s monthly salary will be ¥ 4000 yuan RMB.
2.受聘方除享有所有中国公共节假日外，每年另享有三周带薪假。
In addition to being entitled to all Chinese public holidays, Party B is also entitled to a 3 week paid holiday.
3. 聘方须在合同期内为受聘方购买意外及医疗保险。
During the engagement, Party A shall purchase accident insurance and medical insurance for Party B.
4.受聘方在工作上表现良好，在合同履行完毕后，聘方将一次性支付其来华机票补助6000元。
If Party B performs well on his/er work, Party A shall pay an airfare subsidy of 6000RMB at the end of this contract.
Ⅴ、聘方的义务:
Party A’s Obligations：
1.向受聘方介绍中国有关法律、法规和聘方有关工作制度以及有关外国人在华就业的管理规
定。
The Party A shall introduce to the Party B the laws, decrees, and relevant regulations enacted by the Chinese government as well as the Party A’s work system and
regulations concerning foreigners working in China.
2.对受聘方的工作进行指导、检查和评估。
The Party A shall conduct direction, supervision, and evaluation of the Party B’s work.
3.配备合作共事人员。
The Party A shall provide the Party B a co-operative co-worker.
4.按时支付受聘方的报酬。
The Party A shall pay the Party B salary timely according to the stipulated time.
5.聘用期内，聘方免费为受聘方提供住宿和生活必需的设施及条件，包括彩电、有线电视（视
情况）、洗衣机、空调、冰箱、炊俱（如住房带有厨房）、及床上用品。
Party A will provide Party B with suitable accommodation to include, a color television, cable TV connection [when available], washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, dishes and cooking utensils where applicable, and all required bedding.
Ⅵ、受聘方的义务:
The Party B’s Obligations：
1.遵守中国的法律、法规，不干预中国的内部事务。
The Party B shall observe the laws, decrees, and relevant regulations enacted by the Chinese government and shall not interfere in China’s internal affairs.
2.遵守聘方的工作制度和国家有关外国人在华就业管理规定,接受聘方的工作安排、业务指
导、检查和评估。未经聘方同意，不得兼任与聘方无关的其他劳务。
The Party B shall observe the Party A’s work system and regulations concerning foreigners working in China and shall accept the Party A’s a ssignments, direction, supervision, and evaluation in regard to his/her work. Without the Party A’s consent, the Party B shall not render service elsewhere or hold concurrently any post unrelated to the work agreed on wi th the Party
A.
3.按期完成工作任务，保证工作质量。
The Party B shall complete the agreed tasks on schedule and guarantee the quality of work.
4.尊重中国的宗教政策。不从事与专家身份不符的活动。
The Party B shall respect China’s religious policies, and shall not conduct religious activities incompatible with the status of an expert.
5.尊重中国人民的道德规范和风俗习惯。
The Party B shall respect the Chinese people’s moral standards and customs.
Ⅶ、合同的变更、解除和终止
Revision, Cancellation and Termination of the Contract
1.双方应信守合同，未经双方一致同意，任何一方不得擅自更改、解除和终止合同。
Both parties should abide by the contract and should refrain from revising, canceling, or terminating the contract without mutual consent.
2.经当事人双方协商同意后，可以变更、解除和终止合同。在未达成一致意见前，仍应严格履
行合同。
