龙门吊说明书资料

摘要本说明书主要对无轨胶轮式龙门吊车的液压系统进行了系统的论证和设计说明。

首先根据系统的工况分析拟订了系统原理图,在满足系统要求的前提下对各标准元件进行了选取和校核,并对液压传动部分非标准零部件进行了设计计算,其中主要包括系统原理设计、液压站设计、阀组的油路体以及油箱部件的设计。

最后对管道、集成块、液压泵、电动机的布局、连接和固定进行了设计。

对于机械部分的设计,主要是考虑并实现了稳定性、安全性、美观和维修的方便性。

关键词:集成块液压系统执行元件AbstractThis manual mainly of the trolley type gantry crane trucks of Hydraulic Expansion bar system demonstration and design of the system description. First, under the condition of the system developed a system diagram, system requirements are met under the premise of the standard components for the selection and verification, and some non-standard components for hydraulic design calculation, which mainly include the system principle Design, Hydraulic Design, Manifold valve body and the mail part of the design.
