的影响因素进行了广泛的研究,认为其受疾病严重程度、病程、左旋多巴剂量及治疗时程等多种因素
的影响,而发病年龄为保护性因素,不同药物的使用可延缓运动并发症的出现。

摘要:帕金森病是一种常见于中老年人的运动障碍疾病,目前治疗以多巴胺替代疗法为主,但长 多巴是最有效的治疗药物。
