Party B： Our Bureu exported to Italy a consignment of goods, dated January 8th, 2009, with original export declarations No.: 222920090799337601/222920090799337602. After reception of delivery of the said consignment, our client detected that wood stools contained in Container ICSU1867513 have insufficient load-bearing strength. Given long-standing cooperative relationship between us, after due friendly negotiations, our Bureu agreed on a full return of the consigment, namely, the 942 stools in the Container, and having them exported after reinforcement. The detailed plan of repairs is: remove polyester nonwoven cloth at the bottom of the wood stool, reinforce the wood frame with nail gun, then cover with nonweaven cloth again. Now our Bureu is herein applying for a release of goods secured by cash deposit.
