Technical Agreement of Steel Wire Rope for Deck Crane协议编号（Agreement No.）:采购方：Buyer: Wuhan Marine Machinery Plant Co., Ltd供应方：（下称乙方）Supplier:一、通则General Principle本协议作为船用吊车钢丝绳的通用订货技术协议，与订货图共同作为钢丝绳的订货依据；This Agreement is the General Technical Agreement of steel wire rope purchased for deck crane, it is jointly as the basis together with Order Drawing to supply the steel wire rope.二、技术要求Technical requirement1、钢丝绳按GB 8918-2006的要求进行制造和试验，同时满足相应船级社的要求，相应船级社按订货合同执行；The steel wire rope shall be manufactured & Tested according to the GB8918-2006, satisfied the requirement of relevant Class(the Class will be indicated in Contract). 2、钢丝绳的结构形式及基本参数见相关订货图；The structure/formation of steel wire rope & basic parameter please refer to the relevant Order Drawing3、索节、六角螺栓、六角螺母外形尺寸满足CB654-84标准要求，其表面镀锌处理，六角螺栓调质后的屈服强度不小于300MPa；Steel wire rope socket, profile size of hex bolt & nut shall be satisfied the requirementof GB654-84, the surface is required to be galvanized , the yield strength of hex bolt is not less than 300MPa after quenched & tempered4、钢索索节成品由制造厂检查部门验收，并出具合格证；钢丝绳索节浇铸后的拉力试验，按照ISO7595规定的要求执行；The Steel wire rope socket shall be tested & inspected by the QA of maker, and to be issued the qualification certificate. The tensile test shall be carried out according to the ISO7595 after casting of the socket5、重型套环的材质为ZG270-500(GB/T11352-1989),表面应光滑平整，不得有降低强度和显著有损外观的缺陷，其最大承载能力应不低于钢丝绳最小破断拉力；The material of heavy thimbles is ZG270-500(GB/T11352-1989), the surface shall be smooth without any defect or visual problem to decrease the strength, the Max.bearing capacity shall not be less than the Min. breaking force of steel wire rope.6、重型套环的试验方法和检验规则按GB/T5974.2-2006规范要求执行；套环上应有永久性的、字迹清晰的材料和供货方名称（或商标）的标志，并位于醒目的位置上；The test method & inspection standard of the heavy thimble shall be carried out as per GB/T5974.2-2006. The thimble shall have the eternal & clear label or name plate at conspicuous position.7、铝合金压制接头的材料、试验方法和检验按GB/T6946-2008规范中的要求执行；The material , test method & inspection of aluminum alloy press joint shall be carried out according to the GB/T6946-20088、乙方提供钢丝绳组件满足相应订货图的尺寸要求。
其中长度必须满足图纸尺寸要求，允许偏差为0～+0.5m；Wire rope assemblies supplied by the Supplier shall be satisfied the dimension requirement of Order Drawing, the length is allowed the tolerance within 0～+0.5m 9、对于要求取船级社证书的钢丝绳，应在钢索索节或重型套环上敲相应船级社的船检钢印，钢印须位于醒目的位置上；If required by the Class, the Class Stamp shall be punched at the conspicuousposition on the socket & thimble of steel wire rope10、提供的相关资料中应包含钢丝绳防自转的说明。
To be provided relevant documents, which shall include the instruction to prevent anti-rotation.三、供货数量Supply Quantity钢丝绳的数量根据商务合同而定The quantity shall be based on the contract.四、提供的资料Documents１、各项证书、试验报告、材质报告各三份（一正＋二副）Three copies of the certificate, test report, milling sheet( One original + Two duplicate)２、需提供证书的情况To be provided the relevant certificateＯ:表示提供相应船级社产品证书。
To be supplied the relevant class certificate×：表示不需要提供船级社证书，但需要提供ILO FORM 4 格式的试验证书。
Not required the class certificate, but to be supplied the test certificate with ILOFORM 4３、钢丝绳使用维护手册两套To be provided 2 copies of Maintenance Instruction Manual of steel wire rope 五、其它要求Other requirement1). 质保：质保期至船厂交船日起12个月后，质保期内钢丝绳出现的质量问题，由乙方负责处理。
Warranty period: 12 months after the delivery of vessel.2). 包装：每根钢丝绳涂好润滑脂后缠绕在结实的木制卷筒上，索节端在内，捆扎端在外；外用塑料膜包好，防止灰尘及雨水进入；在卷筒醒目位置上应有明确的标记及铭牌，标记或铭牌要求包含产品使用的工号、名称、图号及钢丝绳长度等内容。
Package: each steel wire rope will be winded on the wooden reel after applied the grease, the section shall be kept inside of reel, the seizing end shall be kept outside. To be protected the steel reel with the plastic film to prevent the dust or rain to enter into. Clear label or name plate shall be located at conspicuous position on the steel wire reel, the label or name plate shall include the work no.name, drawing no & length of steel wire rope, etc.3). 标注：所有文件及铭牌使用中英文。
Remark: all the document & name plate shall be in Chinese/English4）钢丝绳使用维护手册应至少包括以下内容：钢丝绳的正确使用方法、维护保养方法及报废标准。
Maintenance Instruction Manual shall include: correct usage ways, maintenance method & scrapping standard.5）此技术协议是商务合同的重要组成部分，商务合同签定生效后此技术协议即生效，与商务合同具有同等法律效力。
This agreement shall be integrate part of contract, it will become effective after the signature of contract.6）. 本协议包含的所有技术参数和技术信息包括订货图纸为购买方的产权，未经许可不得用于其他用途或向第三方泄露。
All the technical parameter/information of this agreement + order drawing shall be kept as the property of buyer, it can be used for other purpose or disclosed to any third party without prior consent of buyer.7) 其它未尽事宜，经双方协商后确定。
