甲乙双方根据国家和本市有关法规、规定，按照自愿、平等、协商一致的原则，签订本合同。
This con tract is sig ned by Party A and Party B in accorda nee with the prin ciples of volun tari ness, equality and con sultati on. Both parties adhere to releva nt provisi ons of the state and this mun icipality releva nt laws and regulati ons.
一、聘用期限
Employme nt Period
第一条期限为年，自年月日起至年月日止。

二、工作内容及工作地点

第二条甲方根据工作需要聘用乙方从事工作。

第四条乙方应按所在岗位和工作内容的要求，认真履行职责，按时完成工作任务，遵守甲
方依法制定的规章制度。
4. Party B shall fulfill his working duties according to the requirement of the post and
job content and finish the work in time. Party B should abide by the rules and regulations in Party A.
第五条根据工作需要，经双方协商一致，甲方可以调整乙方的工作岗位、工作地点。
5. If required by the work and with agreement by both parties, Party A can adjust Party B's job title and work locati on.
三、工作时间和休息休假
Worki ng Hours And Vacati ons
第六条根据乙方工作岗位的实际情况，确定工作时间按以下第种工时工种制执行。
6. Accordi ng to the actual situati on of Party B's job, opti on of the followi ng would
be chose n to be the work ing times schedule.
（一）标准工时工作制：每日工作不超过八小时，且甲方应保证乙方每周至少休息一天。
Standard working hours: Work no more than eight hours a day, and Party A shall en sure at least one off-day each week for Party B.
（二）不定时工作制：甲方在保障乙方身体健康并充分听取乙方意见的基础上，应采用集中
休息、轮休调休、弹性工作时间等适当方式，确保乙方的休息休假权利和生产工作任务完成。
Non-fixed working hours: With consideration for Party B'health condition and suggestions, Party A would adopt a proper way including concentrated rest, paid leave, flexible working hours to ensure Party B's right on rest and vacations with completion of Party B 'work.

四、劳动报酬
Payme nt
第七条乙方的薪酬标准为：每月支付乙方工资元（税前）。

第九条甲方依法从乙方工资中代扣代缴乙方应向国家缴纳的个人所得税及法定可代扣代缴
