根据《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》及有关法律和法规的规定,甲乙双方在平等自愿、协商一致的基础上签订本合同。
According to the Labor Contract Law of PRC and relevant laws and regulations, Party A and Party B sign this contract on the basis of equality, free will and mutual consultation.
一、工作内容及地点
Article One, Working Contents and working location
1.1 甲方因工作需要,同意聘用乙方为本公司员工,职位为的。乙方同意接受该安排,遵守劳动纪律和职业道德,执行劳动安全规程,提高职业技能,完成工作任务。
To meet the business demand, Party A agrees to employ Party B as in . Party B agrees to accept the arrangement, observe the labor discipline and professional ethics, carry out rules of safe operation, improve professional skills and accomplishes production tasks.
1.2甲方可根据生产经营需要依法调整乙方的工作岗位或职位。
Party A may legitimately adjust Party B’s pos ition according to business requirements.
1.3您的主要工作地点为。如您因业务需要出差,出差地点包括但不限于:公司在国内各分支机构所在地;公司关联单位所在地;公司客户和供应商所在地;公司开展业务、从事活动以及拟开展业务、从事业务的其他地区。
Your main work location is in _. You may need to take domestic or overseas business trips to the locations which include but not limited to where the Company’s branches or operating offices, affiliates, the customers and suppliers are located. Other locations include where the Company needs to develop its business and explore its business opportunities and engaged in other business activities.
二、合同期限
Article Two, Term of Contract
本合同自年月日至年月日,其中试用期为个月(自年月日至年月日)。劳动合同的期限届满或约定的终止条件出现,劳动合同即终止执行。经双方协商一致的,可以解除或续订劳动合同。

三、工作时间
Article Three, Working Hours
3.1 甲方实行每周工作40小时和2天(周六、日)休息日的标准工时制度。

3.2 甲方因工作需要,在乙方愿意的前提下,可依法安排乙方超时工作或公休日加班。
Party A may legitimate arrange Party B to work overtime or work on general holidays due to business requirements on condition that Party B is willing to do so.
3.3甲方由于工作需要更改工时制度,经政府有关部门批准后,乙方应密切配合执行。
Party A may change working hour’s system for business requirement after approval by relevant government authorities and Party B shall execute it of his own will.
四、薪酬
Article Four, Remuneration
4.1 在试用期内,甲方支付乙方的每月基本工资为人民币元。试用期后,月基本工资为人民币元
Party A pays RMB to Party B as base pay per month during probation. After probation, the base pay will be RMB per month.
4.2 甲方严格执行国家有关最低工资的规定和标准。
Party A shall strictly execute relevant regulations and standard of the lowest wage.
4.3 甲方的发薪日期为每月日。如遇节假日或休息日,应提前到最近的工作日支付
Party A shall pay the wage on the day every month. When impact with holiday or weekend, will pay in a lasted working day.
甲方应书面记录支付乙方工资的时间、数额、工作天数、签字等情况,并向乙方提供工资清单。
Party A shall record salary payment date、amount、working days、signature and so on, and provide pay slip.
五、甲方严格执行劳动定额标准,不得强迫或者变相强迫乙方加班。确因生产经营需要,经与工会和乙方协商后可
以延长工作时间,一般每日不超过1小时。因特殊原因需延长工作时间的,在保障乙方身体健康的条件下,延长工作时间每日不超过3小时,每月不超过36小时。
Article Five, Party A shall implement labor ration standard, shall not require or covert require Party B over time. If really because of business need, shall negotiate with labor union and Party B. Usually shall not be over 1 hour. Because of special reason to extend working time, shall not over 3 hours per day and 36 hours per month, which is base on ensure Party B’s health
六、甲方安排乙方延长工作时间或者在休息日、法定节假日工作的,应依法安排乙方补休或者按照国家相关规定向
乙方支付加班工资。
Article June, Party A shall arrange Party B have a rest or pay over time salary according to government policy, if Party A arranges Party B to extend working time or work in weekend、legal holiday.
七、乙方正常提供劳动的,甲方支付给乙方的工资不得低于最低工资标准。
Article July, Party B works as normal, Party A shall not pay salary which is lower than the social lowest salary.
