Do you think people who major in your field can find a job easily when they graduate?Well , I’m interested in many subjects . But my favorite one is English coz you know English abilities give you a competitive edge and improve your chances of employment. Also, a good command of English may help you a lot when traveling around the world.You know I’m majoring in information security which belongs to computer science. And I think people who major in the field can find a job easily,because information security is really a promising field.People working in the field also get a high salary but as a result they often work overtime .2.Is your hometown a good place for young people? Can you tell me something about the public transport system in your hometown? What do you dislike about your hometown?You know my hometown Zhenjiang is a small but fabulous city which located at the side of Changjiang river. As I see it , Zhenjiang is a pretty good place for young folks coz you know Zhenjiang is a peaceful and quiet city. People there are living a cozy life. Young folks can go hiking, jogging and even fishing in their leisure time. This is benefit for their growth. So my hometown is a good place for the young.Zhenjiang has a developed transport system, which is made up of minibus, shuttle bus, ferry and so on. It is quite convenient coz the bus routes are designed reasonably so that everyone in the city can arrive wherever they want . Besides , the bus drivers in Zhenjiang are pretty gentle.When talking about the things that I dislike in my hometown , I may say the roads coz you know the roads there are so narrow that during peaking hours the buses almost can't move.But the government is planning to broaden the roads and I think the traffic problems will get solved in the near future.3.Do you live in a house or a flat? Have you ever considered moving to another place? Which is your favourite room in your house/ flat? Do you like your neighbours?I live in an apartment with my parents. Even it is small and a little bit decrepit , I still love it because I have lived in the apartment for almost 10 years. It contains many precious memories of mine. So I have never considered moving out.My favorite room is my bedroom coz I decorate it with my favorite photos , books and dolls.Coz we family live in an apartment ,we seldom meet our neighbors .But we are in a good relationship because we often help each other .Forexample, when it rains ,they will remind me or my parents to put away clothes vice versa. Such little things happen a lot.4.Can you drive? How often do you take a taxi? When was the last time you took a taxi?Yes, I can. I got my driving license last year. I spent a lot of time learning driving skills and traffic laws so that I could pass the exam. I can drive to somewhere far away with my friends nowadays, it brings me a lot of fun.I seldom take a cab coz you know when compared with bus and subway, the cost of taking a cab is much higher. But if I’m in a hurry to do something,cab will be my first choice.The last time I took a taxi was this Monday. I was going to take a party but I was late. So in order to be punctual I took a taxi. Fortunately I arrived there in time.5.Do you think bicycles will become more popular in the future?Have you ever travelled by train? Do people in your country like to travel by train?Well，as you know，China is a developing country which already have a lot of bicycles . Instead of bicycles I think cars will become more popular in the future coz cars benefit a lot to our daily life and the price is becoming acceptable to more people .Yes , I travelled by train a lot of times coz you know as a kind of public transport system, railway system in China is being developed in a fast speed. We can arrive at the destination timely. So it is convenient for us to travel or work by train.6.Why is it important to be punctual? Are you often late for things?Well，you know as the pace of life is becoming faster and faster , time for us modern people is more precious when compared with the past I think. So it is necessary for us to be punctual, especially when we work, attend class go for a date and so on. Also,being punctual is also some kind a polite manner. So I’m seldom late for things which makes my friends think I’m a punctual person.7.Can you tell me something about your favorite kind of TV shows? Do you think the TV shows today are different from the TV shows you watched as a child?Well, although I seldom watch TV, I do like ELLEN SHOW which is broadcast in America and I watch it on the Internet. Ellen show is a interview program which always starts with an audience dance and the host—Ellen degenous is a humous women. The way she talking with the Interviewees can make the whole audience laugh out loud. What’s more I can learn many fields of the oversea culture though Ellen show which is a good way to broaden my horizon.Let me think about it. Well,judging from the form and content I do think the TV shows nowadays are different from the TV shows I watched as a little girl. The TV shows nowadays are richer and more colorful and hence attracting more audience.8.How many languages can you speak? Do you want to learn another language? How are you going to learn it?You know I have been learning English since primary school and I learnt French last year in my university also I’m learning Japanese this term. So adding Chinese I can speak 4 languages . But my french and Japanese are not that fluent because of the lack of practice.Cuz my french and Japanese are not very good ,so I don’t wanna swift my time to another language at present. If I can command the two languages to some extend,maybe I would set up my mind to learn another.Well, when talking about the method of learning a new language,I think the quickest way to get to know the basic components of a language is to have the classes. But you know the teacher only plays a role of guiding you to learn it , to acquire it and command it, you need to understand and practice.9.Do you often use dictionaries? Do you use paper dictionaries or electronic dictionaries?As a student majoring in computer science ,I have to read lots of materials that are written in English ,so I use dictionaries frequently.Actually I don’t even have a paper dictionary cuz it’s too heavy to carry. E-dictionaries are in fact programs which are loaded into computers or phones so they are really convenient 。
