“Contract” means the Contract Agreement entered into between the Employer and the Contractor, together with the Contract Documents referred to therein; they shall constitute the Contract, and the term “the Contract” shall in all such documents be construed accordingly.

“Project Manager” means the person appointed by the Employer in the manner provided in GC 17.1 (Project Manager) hereof and named as such in the SCC to perform the duties delegated by the Employer.

第一章
合同及相关解释
1. 定义
1.1 The following words and expressions shall have the meanings hereby assigned to them: 1.1 以下词语和表达应以本条款所定义的含义为准：
“合同”是指在雇主和承包商之间签订的合同协议书，包括合同文件文本。两者应构成合同，且 “合同”应在所有此类文件中作相应解释。
“Contract documents” means the documents listed in Article 1.1 (Contract Documents) of the contract agreement (including any amendments thereto).
“厂房和设备”指该合同条款下提供的所有永久性厂房、设备、机械、机器及物品（包括承包商 在通用条款 7.3 中提供的备件），但不包括承包商自己的设备。
“Installation Services” means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract, e.g. transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, precommissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.
“审裁者”指雇主和承包商的协议中特殊条款下指定的一人或多人，可做出决定或解决雇主与承 包商之间的争议，双方遵循通用条款 6.2（参考审裁者）。
“The Bank” means the financial institution named in the SCC. “银行”指特殊条款中指定的金融机构。
