甲方： （以下简称甲方）；
Pary A: (Hereinafter referred to as “Party A”)
乙方： （以下简称乙方）；
Party B: (Hereinafter referred to
as “Party B”)
甲方招收乙方为临时员工。甲乙双方在平等、自愿的基础上，经协商一致同意，签订本协议。协议内容如下：
Party A employ Party B as the temporary worker. On the basis of equality and voluntary,
Party A and Party B negotiated and agreed to sign this agreement. The agreement as
follows:
一、用工方式：
本协议规定的用工方式为非固定合同，工作期限根据现场实际需要确定，是否继续留用根据个人表现及现场有无人员空缺，工资结算按（周/月）结算，薪资标准为 奈拉/（天/月）。
(I), Employing ways
This agreement stipulate that this is not a fixed contract and the employment time is
temporary. The work duration is determined by the actual situation of the site. According
to the performance of the worker and the workers vacancy situation of the site to decide
to retain or fire the worker. The salary is paid by (weekly or monthly), the salary amout is
Naira (a day or month).

（四）1.甲方需提供员工必要的劳动防护用品，所有人员均需配备安全帽，并根据作临时工聘用协议(翻译)
2 / 5 业性质配备安全带、防护眼镜、焊工手套及防护眼罩。
（五）1, Party A shall provide neccessary personal protection equipment to the workers,
all the workers need to be equipped with safety helmets and wear the safety belts,safety
glasses, welding gloves and safety goggles according to the work character.
（六）2.甲方不得强令工人冒险作业，要做好相应的安全防护措施，不得因工人向总包项目报告而解除协议。
（七）2,Party A shouldn’t force the workers to take a risk to work and should take
relative safety protective measures and shouldn’t terminate the agreement becasue the
workers are reporting to the contractor’s project department.
3.工作期间，若因甲方原因造成乙方受工伤，甲方承担医疗费用。非因工或患病住，
费用由乙方自行承担。
3,Party A will undertake the medical fees if it is Party A’s reason that lead to the injury of
Party B during the work. Party B will undertake its own medical fees if Party B was injured
or was sick not during the work.
4．当出现下列情形时，甲方有权单方面解除协议，并视情况严重程度给予相应的处罚：
Party A has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement and make
corresponding punishment to Party B accoring to the magnitude of the event if it apears
the following circumstances.
（1）乙方在工作中不服从甲方工作安排的
Party B don’t obey the work arrangement of Party A during the work.
（2）乙方不遵守安全操作规程，违章作业的
Party B don’t comply with the safety operation procedures and work contrary to the
regulation.
（3）乙方存在偷盗，敲诈勒索、打架斗殴、酗酒等恶行的
Party B has evil deeds during the work. Such as stealing,racketeering,fighting and
brawling,insobriety and so on.
三、乙方的权利和义务
(III)Party B’s rights and obligations
1. 乙方在施工作业中发生事故、轻伤等应及时向中材安全主管部门报告，不得隐瞒、拖延。（报告流程，被雇佣人—雇主或班组长—中材安全主管部门）中材将妥善为您解决；接报人及联系电话：张德全（安全员）徐懿涛（安全员） 胡新武（安临时工聘用协议(翻译)

Party B should immediately report to the security department of SINOMA if Pary B was
injured or had an accident during the work and Party B should not delay and concealment.
The reporting process as follows: employee(the injured worker) reported to the employer
or supervisor and then the the security department of SINOMA and SINOMA will get the
best solution for Party B. Relative presonnel and its contact number as follows: Zhang
Dequan(safety officer),; Xu Yitao(Safety officer),; Hu Xinwu(security captain),.
2. 乙方有权拒绝甲方强令冒险作业等对自身安全受到威胁的工作；（如：高处作业未配备安全带、防护措施不到位等；）您有权拒绝工作，并向安全管理部门汇报；
If Party A force Party B to take a risk to work,Party B shall have the right to refuse to work
if his own security is threatened(such as: Working high above the ground without
equipped with safety belts,insufficient protection measures and so on) and shall report it
to the security department of SINOMA.
3. 乙方有权利或义务对我们的工作提出合理化建议和意见，（如第一款所述，您在施工作业过程中发生一般事故或轻伤等）必须通过正当渠道反应、上报，在雇主和中材安全部门未能及时给予答复的情况下，不得有聚众闹事、示威罢工等行为，如出现上述情况、造成严重后果的将移交当地警方处理；
Party B has the right or obligation to put porward reasonable suggestion to our work. As
stipulated in clause 1, Party B should response and report through the proper channel if
Party B was injured or had an accident during the construction work. Party B should not
participate in mobbing and demonstrate strike and any other deeds if the employer and
the security department of SINOMA fail to respond timely, if the above mentioned
situation appers, relative personnel will be handed over to local police to deal with if it is
causing serious consequences.
4. 乙方必须服从工作安排，做好本职工作，未经许可不得从事其他工作；
Party B should obey the work arrangement and piously perform its duty and shouldn’t
engage in any other job if without Party A’s permission.
5. 乙方必须遵守以下安全规章制度：
Party B should obey the following safety rules and regulations.
（1）进入施工现场正确佩戴安全帽，系好下颌带（帽带）。
Correctly wear the safety helmet and fasten the mandibularis hatband of the helmet
when entering into the construction site.
