摘要
目前,聚氨酯(PU)合成革的生产采用溶剂型的生产系统,大量有机 溶N女H--甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、甲苯(TOL)、甲乙酮(MEK)的使用不仅 污染环境,而且严重地损害了工人的健康,成为了合成革工业可持续发展的 障碍。随着环保法规和人们环保意识的加强,水性PU合成革技术成为该领 域的研究热点。但是目前的合成革用水性聚氨酯,成本较高、力学性能较差、 耐水性差,而且工业化的合成大多采用丙酮法,在合成过程中大多采用丙酮 稀释,仍然会产生溶剂污染。为了解决合成革用水性聚氨酯的上述缺点,论 文采用丙烯酸类单体稀释和双交联改性的合成方法,得到了应用性能良好的 合成革用双交联丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯(WPUAHM),并采用红外光谱(IR)、 热重分析(TGA)、激光粒度仪、万能拉力试验机对其结构和性能进行了进 行表征和测试。 论文以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)为硬段单体,聚丙二醇(PPG)为软段单 体,二羟甲基丁酸(DMBA)为亲水性扩链剂,1,4一丁二醇(BDO)为小分子 扩链剂,三乙胺(TEA)为中和剂,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,丙烯酸甲 酯(PA)为稀释剂,偶氮二异丁睛(AmN)为引发剂,合成了丙烯酸改性
进行共混改性,得到了双交联型的丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯(WPU删)乳
液,研究了MF的用量对WPUAHM乳液的粘度、稳定性、乳液离子的粒径, 胶膜的强度、断裂伸长率和产品的粘合强度等性能的影响。实验结果表明, 当MF的用量为6%时,得到的WPUAHM的综合性能最佳。经过外交联改 性的得到的WPUAHM,其其应用性能明显高于未改性的产品。 综合上述研究结果可知,该合成方法前期以丙烯酸单体作为稀释剂, 该稀释剂后期参与反应,可以解决水性聚氨酯合成革过程中因为使用溶剂稀 释而产生的污染问题,经过双交联改性得到的产品,其热稳定性、拉伸强度 增加,粘合强度和耐水性也有了很大的提高。 关键词:丙烯酸改性水性聚氨酯,双交联改性法,丙烯酸类单体稀释法,水 性聚氨酯合成革,水性聚氨酯粘合剂
