买卖双方经友好协商，同意就以下货物进口达成以下交易条款。
This contract is made by and between the buyer and the seller, whereby the buyer agrees to buy and the seller agrees to sell the under-mentioned goods on the terms and conditions stated bellow:

2.1化学成分（干基，重量百分比）Chemical Composition (on dry basis, percentage by weight)
DELIVERY AND PACKAGE: by bags, it is also acceptable by bulk in 20Ft containers, one container at least 20MT, if by bulk, then the price shall be decreased by USD1.00 per DMT based on the Clause 5.

b) DMTU : Dry Metric Tons means a metric ton of ore on dry basis.
干公吨:干公吨指干态下一公吨。
c) References to Ore on a“Natural Basis”:means Ore in its natural or wet state

a) Ton: means metric tons of 1000kgs as defined in the“international system of units”.
