主要问题包括：当代国际政治、经济体系是怎样形成和演化的？全球化下国家、社会与经济的关系是什么？政府应该介入多少经济事务？经济因素是怎样影响国内政治的？本课在回答上述问题时致力于对政治与经济的基本关系做一个全面介绍。
其主要目的在于帮助学生深入分析政治、经济体系、力量、与主体行为者在国内层面的相互作用。
要求：1．课堂讨论（可用一篇老师指导下的研究论文代替）：50%2．每周阅读总结与评论（每周阅读总结成绩为5分，共50分）：50%3．每次缺课减总成绩3分。
