甲方兼职外教在甲方从事教学服务工作。双方在友好合作的
基础上签订本合同，并保证遵守合同中所规定的各项条款。
Party B is willing toprovide sevices for Party A as a foreign
teacher. The two parties sign the contract in the basis of friendly
cooperation and fulfil the clauses.

III. 乙方的报酬
1. 乙方在甲方工作期间的课时费按照：元/次计算，
工作时间9:00至11:30，下午02:30至05:30；每周______
次授课，以人民币形式支付。如乙方每月授课时间多于
110小时，超出的授课时间，可按照120元每课时计算课
时费。如乙方在工作期间迟到早退旷课等，迟到早退一小
时罚款50元，迟到两小时罚款一百，依此类推。若未经
批准请假罚款100一次。
1.PartyB's teaching-hour salary will be RMB/time by cash. Teaching time will be from 09:00-11:30am and 02:30-05:30pm, __time(times)a week.If the teaching hours are more than 110 hours per work-month, Party B will get 120 RMB for teaching compensation per extra teaching hour.

IV. 甲方义务
Party A's Obligations
1.甲方对乙方的工作负责指导、监督以及评价。
Party A shall conduct direction, supervise and evaluate the
Party B's work.
1. 甲方应向乙方提供必要的工作设施。
Party A shall provide Party Bnecessary working facilities.
2. 甲方应向乙方每月25日按期发放报酬。
Party A shall pay Party B's salary regularly by 25th.(the next
regular working month)
V. 乙方义务
Party B's obligations
1. 乙方必需遵守甲方的工作制度及与外国专家管理相关的规
定，并接受甲方在工作方面的安排、指导、监督和评价。
同时，乙方应提供包括能证明其身份的护照、学籍卡等。
1. Party B shall abide to Party A's work system and regulations concerning administrationof foreign experts and shall accept Party A's arrangement, guidance, supervisionandevaluation. Meanwhile, Party B shall provide identification, include passport, student’s card and the copy of current visa.
2. 乙方必须按照指定学期的课时计划保质保量完成甲方委派的工作，同时，乙方应遵守被派遣单位的相关工作制

qualified .Party B shall abide to the working system of dispatched school.
3. 乙方同意并授予甲方处于市场和宣传活动使用乙方真实的个
人信息和肖像。
3. Party A is permitted and authorized by Party B to use his/her true personal information for marketing and advertising activities, including the using of Party B’s personal photographs.
VI. 合同的终止
Termination of Contract
1. 在以下情形下，甲方将书面通知解除与乙方的合同：
1.Party A will terminate the contract with written notice under
those circumstances:
(1) 如果乙方违反了中华人民共和国相关法律法规造成乙方
无法继续履行本合同的，甲方有权单方解除与乙方的
兼职聘用合同。
(1) contract will be terminated immediately if Party B violates the laws and regulations of China, Party A’s work system of employer, and the regulation of Chinese government about Foreign Teachers or other contract terms. In this situation, no compensation;
(2) 如果乙方不能胜任本合同中关于工作的要求，且在合理
期限内仍不能改善的，甲方可单方解除与乙方之间的
聘用合同。。
