I. 乙方自愿作为甲方兼职外教在甲方从事教学服务工作。双方在友好合作的基础

上签订本合同，并保证遵守合同中所规定的各项条款。

Party B is willing to provide sevices for Party A as a foreign teacher. The two parties sign the contract in the basis of friendly cooperation and fulfil the clauses.

III. 乙方的报酬

1. 乙方在甲方工作期间的课时费按照：元/次计算，工作

时间至11:30，下午02:30至05:30；每周______次授课，以人民币

形式支付。如乙方每月授课时间多于110小时，超出的授课时间，可

按照120元每课时计算课时费。

1.Party B's teaching-hour salary will be RMB/time by cash. Teaching time will be from 0-11:30am and 02:30-05:30pm, __ time(times)a week.If the teaching hours are more than 110 hours per work-month, Party B will get 120 RMB for teaching compensation per extra teaching hour.

IV. 甲方义务

Party A's Obligations

1.甲方对乙方的工作负责指导、监督以及评价。

Party A shall conduct direction, supervise and evaluate the Party B's

work.

1. 甲方应向乙方提供必要的工作设施。

Party A shall provide Party B necessary working facilities.

2. 甲方应向乙方每月25日按期发放报酬。

Party A shall pay Party B's salary regularly by 25th.(the next regular

working month)

V. 乙方义务

Party B's obligations

1. 乙方必需遵守甲方的工作制度及与外国专家管理相关的规定，并接受甲方

在工作方面的安排、指导、监督和评价。同时，乙方应提供包括能证

明其身份的护照、学籍卡等。

1. Party B shall abide to Party A's work system and regulations concerning administration of foreign experts and shall accept Party A's arrangement, guidance, supervision and evaluation. Meanwhile, Party B shall provide
