课堂练习多样化,练习密度大。教师从认识到实践,根据小学英语教学大纲,考虑教材的内容和形式的实际,结合小学生的年龄特点和学习外语心理的特点,突出听说训练的地位,使学生的听说能力与教学内容的程度较为一致,培养了学生初步的运用外语的表达能力和交际能力。但与此同时,亦出现了忽略笔头练习的倾向。即使采用了笔头练习,但却缺乏科学的设计及合理的编排。
