These temperatures have to reach at least 121 °C minimum for 20 min.在杀菌（SIP）期间，温度以及流体的流量由PCS控制。

杀菌温度必须达到至少121 °C并且保持20分钟。

At the end of the sterilization process it is necessary to reset the step sequence with the blue button on the PCS (end phase).在杀菌过程完成的时候，有必要使用蓝色按钮重置步骤，Production preparation生产准备The preparation of production includes the following:生产准备包括如下步骤：- Take out the rinser CIP caps (manually)取下冲瓶机CIP洗杯（人工）- Take out the filler CIP caps取下灌注机CIP洗杯- Preparation of PAAPAA准备- Disinfection of the filler Bloc无菌空间消毒- Fill up the filler with sterile product from Tetra-Pak 用Tetra-Pak系统提供的无菌产品充满注入机（环缸）MMA -> Programs -> Program selection general, U01Production -> Product preparation -> StartAn outside alkaline cleaning (COP) will start.外部碱清洗（COP）将开始After the COP is finished it is necessary to remove the CIP caps of the rinser.COP结束之后，必须取下洗瓶机的CIP洗杯The key at the filler touch has to be turned to position 1.注入机操作器的钥匙必须旋到一号位Use gloves to remove the CIP caps.使用手套取下CIP洗杯After removing the CIP caps returm the key to position 0. and confirm that the CIP cups are located in the touch screen.在取下CIP洗杯后，把钥匙旋回0号位，MMA -> Programs -> RinserThe machine starts turning and an SIP is starting.机器开始进行SIP清洗Select the product you want to fill at the PCS 在PCS上选择即将灌注的产品。

Choose the product and press the folder button 选择产品并按下文件夹按钮And confirm with yes! 用YES确认A last“ operator intervention executed ” is necessary to confirm the product最后“操作者干预被执行”去确认产品。

MMA -> Munue FC General01After finishing the production preparation it is necessary to confirm with the blue button of the PCS完成生产准备之后，按下PCS蓝色按钮确认。

And start the production program.开始生产程序Production生产MMA -> Programs -> Program selection general, U01 Production生产 -> Production生产 -> Start开始All functions in automatic in the filler touch所有功能在注入触摸屏内自动进行Change of product产品更换Before filling the last xxxx liters you have to start with the following procedure:在灌装最后xxxx升饮料之前，必须开始下列步骤Stop the production sequence by pressing this button:按下此按钮来停止生产步骤And reset the program with the blue button.以及用蓝色按钮重置程序Starting of the program “Type change over with IR”开始程序“产品类型更改？？？”When the step sequence asks for the product change over, change the product in the PCS and confirm it.当程序步骤要求产品更换时，在PCS上更换产品并确认Choose the new product:选择新产品Choose the new product and confirm with the folder button 选择新产品以及按下文件夹按钮确认And confirm with yes! 用YES确认End of production生产结束MMA -> FunctionsAfter reseting the program with the blue button (end phase) start the production program again see page 14.在用蓝色按钮重置程序（阶段结束）后，重新启动生产程序（请参见第14页）Stop the production sequence:停止生产步骤And reset the sequence (end phase) with the blue button. 使用蓝色按钮重置步骤（阶段结束）MMA -> Programs -> Program selection general, U01 Production生产 -> End of production生产结束 -> Start开始After terminating the production you have to clean the whole filler. Take out bottles, caps etc.最终生产之后，必须清洗整个灌注机。

清理瓶子盖子等The program to empty the disinfection bath:程序清空洗盖槽MMA -> Programs -> Cap disinfection systemTurn off the external start关掉外部开始Select the program “Empty disinfection bath选择清空洗盖槽选项Move the closure guidance back and Open the closure outlet. 一开盖引导器以及打开取盖出口After taking out the closures the external start has to be activated again, the outlet has to be closed and the close guidance put back in the initial position.在取出盖子之后，外部开始必须重新启动，取样口必须关上以及盖引导器必须恢复初始位置CIP caustic / caustic and acidCIP碱洗/碱酸洗Before starting the caustic cleaning (caustic and acid CIP is only necessary once a week) check if the CIP cups at the rinser are placed.开始碱洗之前（碱酸洗CIP只需要每周进行一次），检查洗瓶机CIP洗杯是否已安置完毕Then you start the program:然后可以开始程序Cleaning -> Caustic (Or caustic & acid) -> StartAt the end of the CIP (end phase of the step sequence) you always have to reset the step sequence by pressing the blue button.在CIP结束的时候（步骤阶段结束），必须一直用蓝色按钮来重置步骤Ninjector2滴氮系统Before being able to use the Ninjector it is necessary to sterilize the2.machine and fill it with N2在可以使用滴氮系统之前，有必要对其进行杀菌，并且将其注满液氮All functions of the injector can be operated at the PCS.所有滴氮系统的功能都可以在PCS上进行操作MMA -> FunctionsAfter sterilization and emptying the N2 injector you can take a sample which has to be confirmed as well.在杀菌以及排空N2滴氮系统之后，需要对滴氮系统进行取样并且确认。
