1、商业结算,或者说,贸易结算
在国际贸易中,进口商必须向其他国家的出口商支付货款。
2、为国际服务贸易支付
一个国家的个人或企业向其他国家的个人或企业提供的服务也必须进行支付。比如保险费、运费、邮费、电报费、银行服务费等。3. Payments between governments.
