谓语动词在人称和数上常常与最靠近的主语保持一致，常用的连词有：
or，either…or，neither…nor，not…but，not only…

在“主语+后置定语”结构中，从现象看谓语远离主语，谓语动词根据主语确定。常用的后置定语词和短语有：
with，like，but，except，besides，including，together with，along with，as well as，rather than，in addition to等。

1.意义一致原则
⑴时间，距离，金钱，长度，价值，重量等的名词复数做主语时谓语动词常用单数形式，这是由于作主语的名词在概念上是一个整体。
⑵形容词前加定冠词指个人或抽象概念用单数；指一类人谓语用复数。
⑶集体名词指整体谓语用单数；指个体成员谓语用复数。
⑷以what，who，which等引导的从句作主语时，谓语动词可以使单数也可以是复数，主要靠意义来决定。
