在分离器的内腔上部是气室,气的出口在上部;堰板又将容器的下半部分成油室和油水分离沉降室,进入分离器的流体首先经入口弯管初分离后进入油水分离沉降室,在重力的作用下,最下部是水,水上面是油,油上部的空间为天然气。

堰板的高度出厂时设在容器高度的1/2(从分离器筒体底部向上600mm )处,所以在工作的过程中我们控制油/水界面低于堰板的高度(界面控制设定值300mm ,从分离器筒体底部向上300mm ),油室的油位控制设定值500mm (从分离器筒体底部向上500mm )。

Three-phase test separator is designed to separate oil, gas and water by gravity separation. The gas chamber with top gas outlet is placed in the upside of inner cavity of the separator; the weir divides the lower part of the container into oil chamber and oil-water separation settlement chamber. After preliminarily separated by inlet elbow, the fluid flowing into the chamber is introduced into the oil-water separation settlement chamber, and then separated undergravitational effect to form three layers: the bottommost is water, oil suspends above the water,and the topside is natural gas. The height of weir is set at 1/2 of the container height (600mm upward from the bottom of the separator cylinder) when leaving factory; therefore, the oil/water interface is controlled lower than the weir height (setting value of interface control is 300mm, namely, 300mm upward from the bottom of the separator cylinder), and the setting value of oil level control in the oil chamber is 500mm (500mm upward from the bottom of the separator cylinder).天然气的计量通过DANIEL高级孔板流量计进行,可以通过在BARTON三笔记录仪上的记录进行人工计算气产量,也可以连接数据采集系统进行自动计算。

油、水的计量使用NUFLO涡轮流量计,涡轮流量计的上部装有流量显示器,可直接读出数据,还可以与数据采集系统相连,将流量数据传给数据采集系统。

The metering of natural gas is carried out by DANIEL senior orifice plate flowmeter, and the gas yield can be manually calculated according to recorded data on the BARTON three-pen recorder or automatically calculated by connection with the data acquisition system. Oil and water metering is conducted by NUFLO turbo flowmeter, which is connected with upside flow rate display for direct reading of data or with the data acquisition system to transfer flow rate data to the system.分离器的压力通过气管线上的FISHER压力控制系统(压力控制器+压力调节阀)进行调节,油位和油/水界面通过FISHER液位/界面控制系统(液位/界面控制器+液位/界面调节阀)进行调节。

The separator pressure is adjusted via FISHER pressure control system (pressure controller + pressure regulating valve) on the gas pipeline, while the oil level and oil-water interface are adjusted by FISHER level/interface control system (level/interface controller + level/interface regulating valve).分离器使用了1台先导式安全阀和1套爆破片两种安全装置,如出现异常高压,首先开启安全阀泄压;在前者泄压无效的情况下,爆破片破裂泄压,起到了双重保护的作用。

Two kinds of safety devices, 1 pilot operated safety valve and 1 set of rupture disc, are adopted for the separator. Under the abnormal high-pressure state, the safety valve is opened to release pressure, and the rupture disc will ruptured for pressure release when the former methodis invalid to ensure dual protection effects.!声明:本手册内容为华油惠博普科技股份有限公司专有。
