Drain : 為達環評水資源回收 ≧ 85% 目標, 特增設回收水再生處理系統, 但需 Module 配合增加分流控制的軟硬體.
PCW : 採密閉循環系統, 水質控制較佳, hookup 管線採用焊接方式, 漏水 問題會比 Fab-2 少. 和 EQ 銜接部分仍用高壓軟管, 要特別注意管 線保護且拆裝時要特別注意. 其他 : 未和晶片直接接觸之廠務系統, 如 City Water, CDA, PV, NG, LPG, 廢水處理, 廢氣處理,… 等系統能力與品質大致和 FAB-2 相同.

SCX : Scrubber exhaust for acid gaseous material emission. ACX : Base scrubber exhaust for gaseous alkaline material emission. SOX : Solvent scrubber exhaust for gaseous volatility material emission. ※ All of emission with harmfulness should be pre-treated by local scrubber, unless it could be dissolved in water completely. ※ These exhaust systems haven't capability of particulate treatment, if process tool's emission with particulate, then it should own itself local scrubber to treat this. ※ If the solvent possess corrosiveness ( such as EKC ), that should be pointed out especially.
