简介：包豪斯（Bauhaus），德文，“建屋”之意；包豪斯，世界上第一所现代设计学院，主旨是把设计教育从传统美术学院方式上改变到理性、科学和美学结合的基础上，突出设计是为社会服务、设计追求问题解决方法培养，创意思维的训练，而不是一种形式美感而已。
包豪斯这套方法和思想体系，影响了今日世界设计教育体系，被视为现代设计教育的起源。
包豪斯是中国设计教育的一面先锋旗帜，打破传统图案教育的禁锢、走向现代设计，这面旗帜被几代中国设计师、教育家高举，终于使得设计教育在全国繁盛。
因而，对很多人来说，包豪斯不仅仅是简单的一个学校、一套体系，并且是一种解决问题的思维方式、为大众服务的献身精神，一种社会主义在设计上的理想。
包豪斯精神对我们的生活、创作、思维和社会进步存在着极为深刻的影响。
是现代设计、文化、历史、艺术、科技的综合反映，是人类创造力的最重要写照之一。
此次展览展出包豪斯道路的历史轨迹，包括魏玛包豪斯、德骚包豪斯、柏林包豪斯的历程，以及由它掀起的全球现代主义思潮及近一个世纪以来的实践。
包豪斯对于世界设计、文化、艺术的深刻影响已不仅仅局限于教育领域之中，对于包豪斯的研究，是艺术界、建筑界和设计界的永恒话题。
这次“包豪斯传奇”展得以顺利开幕，与王受之老师长期以来对艺术设计理论的劳苦耕耘是分不开的，我很敬佩。
此外必须感谢德意志联邦共和国驻广州总领事馆、德国柏林包豪斯档案馆、德国德骚包豪斯研究会、德国魏玛包豪斯研究会、德国乌尔姆大学乌尔姆设计学院档案馆给我们的大力支持。

此次展览表达了我们对革新、创意、开拓思维的致敬。
对于本展览在红专厂举办的理由，我想可以借用格罗比乌斯先生在《包豪斯宣言》里的一句话作为概括：“让我们建立一个新的艺术家团体，在这个团体里面，绝对不存在使得工艺技师与艺术技师之间树立起自大障碍的职业阶级观念。
同时，让我们创造出一个将建筑、雕塑和绘画等结合成为一体的新的未来的殿堂，并且用千百万艺术工作者的双手将它耸立在云霞高处，变成一种新的信念的鲜明标志。
”包豪斯传奇展览通过珍贵的照片、文字、记录片资料，结合模型和整体空间设计，讲述了包豪斯11年的多舛历程，以及它对世界现代主义版图的影响，向观众呈现了一个完整、生动的包豪斯。
目的：举办包豪斯传奇展览，旨在宣扬打破现代艺术与现代设计之间的屏障，激励时代的创新风格，重温包豪斯设计的民主精神，让更多的人认识包豪斯及其精神为今天带来的意义。
红专厂致力于推动中国乃至亚洲当代艺术的前进，我们传承过去，开启和分享当代艺术的未来，而包豪斯传奇展览传递的正是创意的信念。
社会效应：包豪斯传奇展自开展以来，受到了社会的广泛关注，不少设计界专业人士都前来红专厂参观，对红专厂的独到眼光给予高度赞赏。
此次展览也将包豪斯推广给普罗大众，让更多人认识、了解到这一至今仍影响着人们日常生活的设计风格与理念。
不少艺术机构与学术机构还希望红专厂能在此次展览结束后，将包豪斯传奇展移到其它省份继续展出，进一步推广包豪斯精神。

Introduction:Bauhaus, German, it means: Build the House; Bauhaus: the first modern design school in the world, aiming at transforming art and design education from Beaux-Art to a base of rationalism, science and modern aesthetics, focusing design serving the whole society but not nobility and celebrity only; design is problem-solving not style-giving process with creativity. Bauhaus’ influence becomes the keystone of modern design education in the world.Bauhaus was a banner to light up Chinese design education in 1980s. it helps Chinese designers and educators to break the barrier of Chinese Beaux-Arts toward thriving modern design. For many of them, Bauhaus is not just a school, a curriculum but a problem-solving methodology, a socialist ideology of serving the whole society, idealist enlightenment.The spirit of Bauhaus has great influence on our life, creation, thoughts, and social progress. It is the concentrated expression of modern design, culture, history, art and technology and also also one of the most important portrayals of human creativity.This exhibition displays the historical path of Bauhaus, including Bauhaus in Weimar, and later in Dessau and Berlin. The international style trend of thought and practice during the late century, which was raised by Bauhaus, is also on displayThe impact of Bauhaus on global design, culture and art is never confined to the field of education. The research on Bauhaus will be an eternal topic for art, architecture and design.The opening of Bauhaus is a result of Mr. Wang Shouzhi's effort on developing art design theory, which deserves admiration. Together let us conceive and create the new building of the future, which will embrace architecture and sculpture and painting in one unity and which will rise one day toward heaven from the hands of a million workers, lik e the crystal symbol of a new faith.”The Bauhaus exhibition explains 11 years of difficult years of development and Bauhaus’ influence towards Modernism in the globe through photos, words, documents, construction models and space design plans.Purpose:The purpose of holding the Bauhaus exhibition is to inspire creative style of the current era, break the barriers between contemporary art and modern design and let more people know the spirit of Bauhaus and its vitality, so that more people could underst and the spirit of the Bauhaus and significant influence in today’s design.Redtory inherits from the past and inspire the future of art. The Bauhaus exhibition is delivering creative minds to the public.Social influence:After the opening of the Bauhaus, the exhibition attracted concerns from the society. Many professional designers had come to Redtory for this exhibition, which introduced Bauhaus to the general public, so that more people could get to know the style which was still affecting people's daily life style. After its holding in Redtory, the Bauhaus will be moved to other provinces to continue its mission. Redtory has endowed Bauhaus with new vitality.。
