Introduction to Management

Introduction to Management is a course that introduces the concepts, principles and practices of management. Its content includes: the concept of management, basic principles, practical methods; the mission, identity and responsibilities of the manager; team building and management; corporate culture and organizational development; organizational behavior; management information systems; decision science; and more. This course
will help students understand the management process and managerial techniques, and apply this knowledge in practice. Students will also learn how to apply managerial techniques more effectively, and use related management theories in a given environment.。
