项目部办公室7S管理制度推行7S管理，提高全员素质去日本考查的感觉是日本人的素质普遍比较高，再有就是所有的地方都很整洁、干净。
日本能做到如此干净、整洁，不仅是因为日本是一个岛国，自然环境优越的缘故，更重要的是兴起于日本并在日本广泛应用的7S管理模式。
一、什么是7S管理,1、整理,SEIRI,:区分必需品与非必需品，现场不放置非必需品,2、整顿,SERTON,:将寻找必需品的时间减少为零, 3、清扫,SERSO,:将岗位保持在无垃圾、无灰尘、干净整洁的状态, 4、清洁,SEIKETSU,:将整理、整顿、清扫进行到底，并且制度化, 5、素养,SHITSUKE,:对于规定好的事，大家都要遵守执行, 6、安全,SAFETY,:消除工作中的一切不安全因素，杜绝一切不安全现象,7、节约,SAVE,:养成节省成本的意识，主动落实到人与物。
二、推行7S管理的目的为保持项目部办公区办公环境明净、舒适，保证良好的工作秩序与严明的工作纪律，提高工作效率，减少浪费，节约成本，并且提升员工的素养，养成良好的工作习惯，故在项目部内部推行办公区7S管理。

(1)每个月对自己负责的文件(包括电子文档)进行整理，将确定过期或是无效的文件全部销毁，无用的电子文档全部删除，将自己整理好的需要保存的资料统一打包，定期发给资料员进行统一的归纳整理。
(2)各办公室所管辖的物品、设备等要保持整洁、干净、摆放整齐、规范，并每半年进行一次盘点，该保存的做好分类保存，该报废的报相关部门进行报废处理。
(3)物品分类:1)设备:电脑、打(复)印机、文具、书籍等;2)空间:柜架、桌椅等;3)物品:办公用品、个人用品、妆饰品等。
2、整顿对非必要物品果断丢弃，对必要物品进行妥善保存，对于整理后留在办公室的物品分门另类放置，秩序井然，明确数量、有效标识，做到想要什么即刻便能拿到，有效消除寻找物品的时间浪费。
(1)办公桌:1)除文件夹、电话、电脑、台历、笔筒及小型绿色盆栽和个人日常生活必需品如水杯外无其它物品;人离开半个小时以上在离开前应将桌上物品摆放整齐;桌上不得堆放杂物。
2)抽屉:办公的常用物品如订书器、订书订、回形针、剪刀、涂改液、便签本、胶水、计算器等放在第一层抽屉里;个人参考资料、空白稿纸等书本类放在第二层抽屉;私人物品如背包等存放在第三层抽屉里。
(2)座椅:靠背座椅一律不能放任何物品，人离开时椅子调正。

(4)合理使用空调、风扇等设施，提倡节能环保理念，离开办公室半小时以上要确保关闭电源。
(5)电源线、网线等各类电线应固定有序放置。
(6)小盆栽、钟表等小型装饰物品摆放位置美观妥当。
三、清扫对各自办公室、办公设施周围定期清扫、清洗，保持无垃圾、无脏物。
(1)个人区域:桌面干净、整洁，桌面下无垃圾、无杂物，保持干净。
(2)办公设备:电脑主机、显示屏、键盘、鼠标、文件架、笔筒、台历及个人生活用具如水杯保持干净、无尘土、无污渍。
(3)地面、墙壁、屋顶无灰尘、杂物，窗明几净。
(4)文件资料合理归档。
四、清洁将前面实施的做法制度化、规范化，维护清扫后的整洁状态。
(1)彻底落实前面的整理、整顿、清扫工作。
(2)有文件、档案、办公用品的管理制度。
(3)明确各项制度的责任人。
(4)将各项制度传达到人。
