Undergraduate Program for the Specialty of Intellectual
Property Rights
一、培养目标
I．Educational Objectives
本专业通过开设一系列的必修、选修课程，以及丰富的教学实践活动，培养适应建设创新型国家需要的通晓知识产权法律制度、知识产权经营与管理知识的专业型、应用型、复合型知识产权人才。
学生毕业后适合在国家机关从事知识产权的立法、执法和司法工作；在企事业单位、社会团体等部门（单位）从事知识产权法律服务、管理、贸易和中介工作；能通过继续深造在高等院校和科研院所从事教学、科研工作。
以招收理科生为主。
This specialty, through a series of courses teaching practices, aims to train talents proficient in intellectual property legal system, intellectual property management and management knowledge. The graduates will work in legislative,administrative and judicial branch;and in enterprises, institutions, non-government organizations and other departments （units）engaged in intellectual property legal services, management, trade and intermediary work; and in universities and research institutions engaged in teaching and research work. This subject will mainly recruit science students.

毕业生应获得以下几方面的素质和能力：
1.具有良好的政治素质，高尚的人格和社会责任感。
2.具备知识产权专业各学科的基本理论知识，同时兼具普通法学各学科基本理论和基本知识。
3.熟悉我国知识产权法律体系和相关政策体系及普通法律体系和政策。
4.了解知识产权发展的前沿和知识产权发展的趋势。
5.运用知识产权知识解决和处理知识产权诉讼和管理问题的能力。
Graduates will acquire the following qualities and abilities:
1.good political caliber, moral integrity, and sense of social responsibility;
2.deep understanding of basic theoretical knowledge in Major of Intellectual Property Rights and Major of Law;
3.proficient in legal systems of intellectual property rights and general legal system of China;
4.being familiar with the latest research achievements and developments in Major of Intellectual Property Rights ;
5.application of theoretical knowledge into solution to problems of intellectual property rights litigation and management;
