1. Party A shall bear all expenses for advertising and publicity.
2. The sellers shall be liable for any damage and loss of the goods attributable to the inadequate or improper packing.
3. All disputes arising from the performance of this Contract shall, through amicable negotiations, be settled by the Parties hereto.
4. The sellers shall not be held responsible if they fail, owing to Force Majeure cause or causes, to make delivery within the time stipulated in this Sales Contract or cannot deliver the goods.
5. Customs formalities shall be duly completed in accordance with this Law.
6. No other products shall any longer be subject to consolidated industrial and commercial tax.
7. Above term shall apply unless otherwise mention.

9. If you find the quality of our products unsatisfactory, we’re prepared to accept return of the rejected material within a week.
