在内容框架上,首先第一部分简述本文知识型员工满意度研究的背景,目的以及研究意义。
第二部分就是在阐述知识型员工满意度理论和方法的基础上,结合实例,设计出调查问卷,分析数据,提出主要的解决对策。
第三部分就是本文的结论以及研究的限制。
在当前社会,各类企业对知识型员工的竞争越来越激烈,而知识型员工满意度越高,企业的竞争力便越强。
因而要增强企业的竞争力,企业需要致力于提高知识型员工的工作满意度。
关键词知识型员工; 员工满意度 ;齐鲁制药III山东建筑大学毕业论文ABSTRACTThis paper take qilu-pharma as example, Mainly focuses on theresearch of the enterprise knowledge type employee satisfaction problems, By means of questionnaire survey and data analysis, According to the research results and put forward constructive suggestions and countermeasures, so as to effectively improve employee satisfaction, enterprise decision-makers and researchers provide suggestions and references. On the content frame, The first part describes the knowledge type employee satisfaction research background, purpose and significance of the research. The second part is described in the knowledge type employee satisfaction based on the theories and methods, combined with the examples, design the questionnaire, analysis of data, puts forward the main countermeasures. The third part is the conclusion of this paper and research limited.In Current society, enterprises of all types of knowledge workers in the increasingly fierce competition, and knowledge employee satisfactionhigher, the competitiveness of enterprises becomes more intense.
