I. The Aims of the Course are: 1. to enable students to evaluate different types of tests; 2. to familiarize students with the uses of different types of tests and the techniques in language testing; 3. to provide students with different ways of interpreting the raw scores; 4. to enable students to design their own tests according to the specific purposes of teaching.
