对血液检出的及有临床意义的念珠菌分离检测唑类敏感性；既往曾使用过棘白菌素的患者以及光滑、 近平滑念珠菌要考虑检测棘白菌素敏感性。 (S++)
临床情况稳定，分离出氟康唑敏感的菌株（如白念），初始抗真菌治疗后血培养阴性的患者，建议 从棘白菌素换用氟康唑（通常在5-7天后）(S+++)
