三、工作时间和休息休假(Working hours and Holiday)

(一)甲乙双方同意按以下方式确定乙方的工作时间:标准工时制,即每日工作小时(不

超过小时),每周工作小时,(不超过小时)。

Party A and Party B agree to determine Party B's working hours as follows:Full-time standard working time system, Party A may require Party B to work hours every day ( no more than hours ) , and work hours every week (no more than hours).

(二)甲方由于生产经营需要,可延长乙方工作时间,并依法给与相应报酬。

If necessary for work, Party A may extend Party B’s working hours,and give appropriate compensation according to the laws.

(三)乙方依法享有中国的法定节假日。

Party B is entitled to have the Chinese legal holidays stipulated by the country.

四、劳动报酬(Salary)

(一)甲方依法制定工资分配制度,甲方支付给乙方的工资不得低于当地政府公布的最低工

资。

Party A shall define its own salary policy in accordance with regulations of China. Party A shall ensure that the monthly salary of the Party B is not less than the minimum pay standard set by the

local government.

(二)乙方每月基本工资元,岗位工资元(其中试用期每月工资为元)。

Party B's monthly basic salary is yuan , post salary is yuan (Party B’s

probation period salary is yuan).

(三)甲方每月日发放工资。

Party A shall pay off salary to Party B in currency on of every month.

五、社会保险和福利待遇(Social Welfare and Benefits)

(一)甲乙双方按照国家和省、市有关规定,参加社会保险,缴纳社会保险费和公积金。

Party A must join social insurance schemes for Party B in accordance with relevant laws and regulations of China.

(二)乙方患病或负伤的,甲方应按中国相关法律的规定给予乙方享受医疗期和医疗期待遇。In case Party B is ill or injured, Party A shall offer Party B a period of medical treatment and medical fees accordance to relevant regulations of China.

六、规章制度(Regulations)

(一)甲方依法制定的规章制度,应告知乙方。

Party A shall inform Party B of the rules and regulations formulated by Party A according to Chinese laws.

(二)乙方应遵守中国关法律法规和甲方依法制定的规章制度,按时完成工作任务。

Party B shall implement the regulations of China and rules formulated by Party A. Party B must accomplish tasks with quality and quantity.

七、合同变更(Contract Alteration)

甲乙双方经协商一致,可以变更合同,变更合同应采取书面形式。

The contract may be revised in written form, after both parties’ agreement through negotiation.

八、合同解除和终止(Contract Cancellation and Termination)

(一)甲乙双方经协商一致,可以解除合同。乙方应提前三十日以书面形式通知甲方,可以解除劳动合同;乙方试用期内提前三日通知甲方,可以解除劳动合同。

The contract may be canceled based on both parties’ mutual negotiation. Party B intendi ng to cancel the contract shall inform Party A in written form 30 days in advance; Party B shall inform Party A three days in advance to terminate the contract, during the Probation period.

(二)甲方有下列情形之一的,乙方可以通知甲方解除劳动合同:

1、甲方未按劳动合同约定足额支付劳动报酬或提供劳动条件的;

2、甲方未依法为乙方缴纳社会保险费的;

3、甲方以暴力、威胁或者非法限制人身自由的手段强迫乙方劳动的。

Party B may notify Party A of terminating the contract at any time, in case any of the following occurs:

1. Party A fails to pay Party B’s salary or provide work conditions as stipulated herein.

2. Party A has not paid social insurance premiums to Party B according to law.

3. Party A forces Party B to work by violence, threat or illegal limitations of Party B’s freedom.

(三)乙方有下列情形之一的,甲方可以通知解除劳动合同:
