Accord ing to the labor law of the PeopI e's Rep ublic of China and related

laws and regulati ons, party a and party b in line with the princip les of equality, volun tary, consen sus, the short term labor con tract, abide by the terms of this con tract.

I.term of employment con tract

This con tract comes into effect on 2018.10.1 and ends on 2019.10.1 (I) party b agrees to work in the po siti on accord ing to p arty a's

requireme nts.

(2) party a may reas on ably adjust party b's work p ositi on (in cludi ng dep artme nts, works or duties) accord ing to the n eeds of p roducti on and op

erati on and the p erforma nee of party b.

(iii) party b shall compi ete the work tasks on time, qua ntity and quality accord ing to the respon sibilities determ ined by party a.

Labor p rotect ion and work ing con diti ons

1.Party a shall, in accorda nee with the releva nt labor p rotect ion regulati ons of the state, p rovide the labor and work p lace con formi ng to the n ati on al labor and health sta ndards, and earn estly p rotect the safety and health of party b in p roduct ion work.

2.Party a shall be respon sible for the educati on of party b's work ethics, work sta ndards, labor security, labor disci pli ne and party a's rules and regulati ons.

3.Party b shall strictly abide by party a's work regulatio ns, op erat ing p rocedures, labor safety and health system, and con sciously prevent accide nts and occ up atio nal diseases.

4.Party a shall arra nge overtime for party b to comply with the p rovisi ons of laws and regulatio ns. Party b shall work overtime as much as p ossible.

4. Work ing hours and tak ing breaks

1.Party a and party b agree to determ ine p arty b's work ing hours accord ing to sta ndard work ing hours;
