In accordance with 《Contract Law of People’s Republic of China》and other related laws and policies, both parties agree as the follows and honor to abide to the following terms in the principle of fairness and mutual benefit as to the fact that Party A authorizes Party B to provide the required information about talents and assist Party A to accomplish the issues regarding to recruitment.
Article1. Rights and Obligations for Party A
1.1 Party A shall offer the copy of business permit as well as economic property, business scope, business
scale, prospect and other credentials in real sense.
1.2 Party A shall describe to Party B the open post in details, including the title, objective, responsibility,
reporting object, number, gender, age, foreign language aptitude, technical title, experience and treatment .Besides, Party A shall fill in the 《Recruitment Form of Open Post》provided by Party A and affix official seal of the company.
1.3 After receiving the materials furnished by Party B, Party A shall confirm the time of interview for candidates
in three working days and notify Party B of the time right away. Before Party A makes the final decision as
to the definite time of interview, the real names of the candidates shall be kept confidential in principle in order to protect the privacy of candidates.
1.4 Party A shall, after interview, give Party B feedbacks about the interview in three working days so as not to
bring trouble to both parties as well as to candidates due to the delay.
1.5 In case that Party A is not satisfied with the candidates, Party A shall announce the underlying reasons in no
time. It should be mentioned that the reasons given by Party A should be reasonable and justified so as that Party B can re-search the right person and notify the lost candidates. Party A shall keep the information of candidates secret. Disclosure of the said information is strictly forbidden. Otherwise, Party A shall bear all the consequence therefrom.
1.6 In case that Party A employs the candidates introduced by Party B, Party A shall notify Party B of the issue
in one working day.
1.7 Party A shall pay the earnest money and fees for consulting on time and in full amount according to this
agreement.
1.8 Party A shall support Party B actively and positively in the term of contract.
1.9 Party A shall keep all the materials offered by Party B confidential and is not allowed to disclose the said
materials to the third Party. Otherwise, Part A shall bear all the consequence therefrom.
Article 2 Rights and Obligations for Party B
2.1 Party B shall be informed in details of the company of Party A, have a correct understanding of the
positions provided by Party A, and introduce to candidates the company profile in an objective and responsible tone.
2.2 When introducing candidates to Party A, Party B shall ensure that all the candidates shall meet the basic
requirements made by Party A. Any acts of dereliction or cheating are strictly forbidden. Party B has the obligation to have a first-round review of the CV offered by each candidate.
2.3 Party B is liable for assisting Party A to fulfill the recruitment during the agreed term in a positive and
active manner.
2.4 Party B shall keep all the materials offered by Party A confidential, such as the company background,
working conditions, remuneration structure, development strategies, investment and prospects and is forbidden to disclose any information to the thirty party. Otherwise, Party B shall bear all the consequences arising from it.
2.5 Party B is liable for introducing candidates only. As to any disputes between Party A and the candidates
involved in the process of interviews and recruitments, Party B is only obliged to mediating and communicating but bear no related responsibility therefrom.
