第四条根据甲方工作需要及任职要求,乙方同意以兼职形式为甲方提供如下服务：

第八条由于双方的劳动聘用关系，乙方将有机会了解并使用甲方的有关商业秘密(包括但不限于经营策略、软件系统、薪酬系统、营销渠道、员工或客户资料、供应商、价格系统、知识产权等所有资料及文件),乙方有在协议期内及协议解除后保守甲方商业秘密不对外泄露的义务,也不能用于为自己谋取利益的

⑴患病或者非因工负伤，医疗期满后，不能从事原工作也不能从事由甲方另行安排的工作的；
