4、作为外国专家,应该尊重中国的宗教政策,不从事与专家身份不符的活动。

八、合同的变更、解除和终止:1、双方必须信守合同,未经双方一致同意,任何一方都不能擅自更改、解除和终止合同。

2.双方经协商一致后,可以改变、废除或终止合同。

如果没有达成共识,双方必须严格遵守合同。

8.2 如果双方经过协商一致,可以变更、撤销或终止本合同。

如果聘方不同意,受聘方需要自行承担回国费用,并停止享受生活待遇和工资。
