1.1. The Buyer agrees to buy from the Seller and the Seller agrees to sell to the Buyer
the Steam Dryer (here in after referred to as

The treatment and con diti ons of the Seller's tech ni cal p ers onnel in China and other releva nt pro visi ons are sp ecified in Ann ex. No. 7 attached hereto.
卖方有义务派遣技能熟练的、有能力的、健康的和有经验的技术人员到买
方的工厂现场工作，就设备的建造、装配、安装、试车和性能测试提供技
术指导。

1.4.The Equipment and Spare P arts to be supp lied by the Seller to the Buyer un der this Con tract shall be of the Seller's latest, most adva need and most mature desig n, tech no logy and equipment at the time of en teri ng into this Con tract.

2.1. The total p rice of the Equipment and Spare P arts in clud ing

2.2. The above men ti oned p rice in 2.1 is fixed p rice for delivery
of Equipment and Spare P arts (here in after called goods) on basis
of CIF Sha ntou (I ncoterms 2000).

2.3 The fees for tech ni cal services shall be p aid accord ing to

2.4.The above men ti oned total

装运文件Shi pping Docume nts 6.1. Immediately after each shipment is effected, the Seller shall deliver the origi nals of docume nts for L/C n egotiati on to his bank as men ti oned in Article 3.
完成每批货物的装运后，卖方应立即将本合同第三条中所述的装运文件的
正本提交给卖方银行，以对信用证进行议付。
3 (three) cop ies of each above-me nti oned docume nt shall be sent by the Seller to the Buyer directly by exp ress mail.

6.2. The Seller shall send to the Buyer by express mail immediately after each dis patch of the Tech ni cal Docume ntati on, the followi ng docume nts:
