浅析物流运输企业运输成本控制分析
摘要
运输成本是影响物流企业物流成本的主要因素。

降低运输成本的降低物流企业的物流成本具有重要意义。

以上海迎东物流公司为例，对其物流成本进行了分析。

降低物流成本，改善物流服务水平，是上海迎东物流公司成本决策的两个主要目标；在一定的物流成本水平下，如何提高上海迎东物流公司的物流服务水平；或如何降低企业在上海迎东物流公司的某些物流服务水平下的物流成本控制是上海迎东物流公司发展的重点。

在此基础上，本文对上海迎东物流公司（以下简称YD）的物流成本控制进行了研究和分析。

本文首先概述了研究目的、意义、国内外的研究现状，第二部分对物流成本概念、特性及其重要性进行概述，第三部分对YD公司物流成本控制进行分析，第四部分提出了YD公司物流成本控制的相关对策与建议；最后对本文进行小结。

希望本文的分析和研究可以有利于YD物流成本控制的研究。

Abstract
Transportation cost is the main factor affecting logistics cost of logistics enterprises. It is of great significance to reduce the logistics cost of logistics enterprises to reduce the transportation cost. Taking yingdong logistics of Shanghai as an example, the logistics cost is analyzed. Reducing logistics cost and improving logistics service level are the two main goals of Shanghai yingdong logistics cost decision. How to improve the logistics service level of yingdong logistics in Shanghai under a certain level of logistics cost; Or how to reduce the logistics cost control under some logistics service level of Shanghai yingdong logistics is the key point of Shanghai yingdong logistics development. On this basis, this paper studies and analyzes the logistics cost control of Shanghai yingdong logistics company.
This article first summarizes the research purpose, significance, research status both at home and abroad, and the second part of logistics cost concept, features, and its importance are summarized, and the third part of Shanghai east logistics company logistics cost control is analyzed, the fourth part proposed the Shanghai ying east logistics company logistics cost control of the related countermeasures and Suggestions; Finally, the thesis is summarized. It is hoped that the analysis and research of this paper can be helpful to the research of logistics cost control of yingdong logistics in Shanghai.
