建设工程可行性研究
合同
订立合同双方：

第三条费用支付条款
１．本工程的可行性研究费为人民币＿＿＿＿元整。于合同生效之日，委托方应向承包方付给上述金额的百分之二十。下余金额于合同期满时全部付清。
２．委托方中止合同时，无权要求承包方退还定金。
３．承包方不履行本合同规定的责任与义务时，应双倍偿还定金。第四条违约罚金
１．承包方不按合同规定的日期提交可行性研究报告时，每拖期一天，应扣除其所应得费用的千分之五，作为违约罚金。
２．承包方提供的可行性研究报告中出现错误，且此等错误纯属承包方造成者，应扣除其所应得费用的１０－３０％，视错误性质严重程度而定。
３．因委托方责任造成的可行性研究重大修改，或返工重作，应另行增加费用，其数额由双方商定。
４．委托方超过合同规定日期付费时，应偿付给承包方以逾期违约罚金，以每逾期一天按合同规定费用的５‰计算。
第五条本合同自签订之日起生效。合同中如有未尽事宜，由双方共同协商，作出修改或补充规定。修改或补充规定与本合同具有同等效力。
