受聘方(以下称为外籍教师)自愿来到朗文国际幼儿园担任英语教师。聘用方和外籍教师本着友好合作的精神，同意签定合同并保证认真履行合同中约定的各项义务。
The Employee (hereafter referred to as “Foreign Teacher”) willingly comes to longman international kindergarten to be a teacher . The Employer and the Foreign Teacher, in a spirit of friendly cooperation, agree to sign this contract and pledge to all the obligations stipulated in it.
一、外籍教师职责
Foreign Teacher’s Duties and Responsibilities
1.合同期间，外籍教师需遵守公司的工作时间与公司规定，并且不允许在合同期内辞职。The Foreign Teacher should comply with the schedule and regulations of ** Education, and he/she must not resign during the contract term.
2. 外籍教师必须提供真实有效的身份证件，如因证件原因产生的后果自行负责。
The Foreign Teacher must provide the real ID certificates, and be responsible for the consequences caused by the fake certificates.
3. 外籍教师应使用聘用方提供的教学材料，制定合适的教学计划，保证教学质量。
The Foreign Teacher will use the teaching materials provided by the Employer and will develop an appropriate teaching plan. The Foreign Teacher should apply this teaching plan to ensure the delivery of high-quality lessons.
4. 外籍教师主要的工作内容：
The Foreign Teacher’s main working contents :
a)讲授语音课与口语课。
To teach Oral English Lesson.
b)组织备课和与家长学生互动活动。
To prepare lessons before class and organize interaction activities with parents and students.
c)若教学时间有变动，应服从聘用方的安排，不得有异议。
If the schedule of the classes is changed, the Foreign Teacher should obey the employer’s
arrangement with no objection.
d)工作时间：年月日至年月日，周一到周五，每天4课时。
Working time：from Monday to Friday, from to , with 4 classes per day.
5. 外籍教师在上课时间不得迟到，若迟到5分钟以上，每次罚款50元。
The Foreign Teacher must not be late for school. If he/she is late for school over 5 minutes each time, it will be a penalty of 50RMB each time.
二、聘用方职责
Employer’s Duties and Responsibilities
1. 聘用方将对外籍教师的工作进行指导和评价。
The Employer will provide guidance and evaluation of the Foreign Teacher’s work.
2. 聘用方将安排一位中教协助外籍教师授课。
A Chinese teacher will be arranged to assist the Foreign Teacher in teaching.
3. 聘用方支付给外籍教师每个月人民币__________元，以及课时费每课时人民币------元。The Employer will provide a salary of RMB ________ per month to the Foreign Teacher, and RMB ---- per class.
4. 聘用方支付外籍教师交通补贴人民币______元/次。
The Employer will provide a traffic allowance of RMB______each time, at most RMB100 per day.
5. 每月15号支付上个月的薪酬与交通补贴。
The salary and traffic allowance of this month will be paid by cash on the 15th day of next month.
三、合同的终止
Termination of Contract
1. 如外籍教师违反聘用方的工作制度或者合同的其他条款，聘用方有权通知外籍教师终止合同。此情况，当月无任何薪酬与补贴。
If the Foreign Teacher fails to perform his/her duties and responsibilities as shown in the Employer's working regulations and the contract, the contract will be terminated immediately. In this situation, the Foreign Teacher will not receive any salary and traffic allowance of this month. 2. 如聘用方认为外籍教师表现不佳，聘用方有权立即终止合同，外籍教师只能得到已工作的薪酬。
If the Foreign Teacher fails to perform well in teaching at the discretion of the Employer, the contract will be terminated in 3 days, but the Foreign Teacher will only receive the salary of the
days that he/she has worked.
3. 如外籍教师在合同期内辞职，聘用方有权不支付外籍教师任何薪酬与补贴。
If the Foreign Teacher resigns during the contract term, the Employ has the right not to pay any salary or traffic allowance of this month to him/her.

When traveli ng outside of Guan gdo ng provin co, Hong Kong, or Macao, the foreign teacher is further responsible for announcing his/her travel pla ns to the Employer School through his/her con tact teacher and the Coord in ator, a week in adva nee in writ ing or via e-mail. 5.I n the eve nt of ill ness that preve nts the foreig n teacher from teachi ng, hc/she is resp on sible to no tify both his/her con tact teacher and the Coord in ator in adva nee, and further is required to provide the Employer School with written documentation. If this notification is not done, there will be a reduction of pay by RMB 100 per time of abse nee; this pen alty also applies to any un approved tard in ess from class. (For instance, if the foreign teacher is late for over one hour, he or she will lose RMB300: wage RMB 200 added a fine of RMB 100). After receiving the written warning letter from the employer, a total of three such occurre nces arc grounds for dismissal. 6.During the lessons, the foreign teacher will make his or her own meal and tran sportati on arran gome nts. 7.The foreig n teacher is to respect the moral sta ndards and customs of the Chin ese people. This specifically in eludes mai nta ining an appropriate professi onal appeara nee and standard of behavior. The foreign teacher must not harm the image of the Employer School or other staff with the Employer School. 8.The foreign teacher will follow the Employer School * s working regulations and the releva nt Foreig n Expert rcgulati ons of the Chin ese gover nment. 9.The foreign teacher is to follow Chinese law and regulations, and not interfere in Chi nese internal affairs.

If more than 7 days, the salary for the extra days will not be paid. 2, party B, asking for the personal leave because of his own reasons, should be allowed by party A, and the salary of the day will be deducted. And inside the year, the personal leave totally wo n’t be more than ten days. Consecutive leaving won’t be more than three days. If the leaving weren’t be allowed, so one day leaving will be deducted 3 days salaries.

TEACHER CONTRACT The parties to this contract are Happy Goal Kid's English - Changzhou Ivy Training Center - herein called the Employer, and -（Passport Number ）herein called “the Employee”; and it is made with referen ce to the following: The Employer is duly licensed to teach English language and has all the required governmental clearance to do so. This contract is subject to changes as to comply with local labor laws; when the local labor laws are not addressing specific terms of this contract, this contract will prevail. The Employee is a qualified and experienced Employee and has applied to the school for employment as Employee. The Employee and the Employer have agreed on the following terms of contract: Title T he Title of the Employee is “ESL Teacher”. Term The term of this contract commences and continues until ___. however, to prior termination of the Employee’s employment in accordance with the section titled “termination”. The Employee will be subject to a two-month probation period during which his contract may be terminated in accordance with the section titled “termination”. Duties The duties to be performed by the Employee include: 1. Teaching ESL--- English as a Second Language 2 Lesson planning and preparation as well as curriculum development 3. Supervising test and exams and giving level tests 4. Assisting with administration including intake and placement of students and recording attendance 5. Counseling students 6. Parti cipating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities (ECAs) 7. Participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school 8. Participating at promotional and marketing activities organized by the school 9. Attending all scheduled meeting where his/her presence is required unless those meetings occur during the Employee’s holiday or the Employee’s day off 10. Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and our school in his/her working hours. Employee’s Obligation The Employee warrants as follow: 1. The statement in the Employee’s curriculum vitae, resume and references together with any other information submitted to the Employer in support of the Employee’s application for employment are true and not misleading in any way 1.The Employee is of sound mind and in good physical health 2.The Employee will devote his full working time and attention to the duties of his employment 3.The Employee will perform the duties of his employment in a professional and diligent manner 4.The Employee will obey the written and/or verbal orders and directions of the school’s management 5.The Employee will at all times comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement and the rules and regulations of the Employer in effect from t ime to time including the provisions in the Employee’s Handbook where applicable 6.The Employee must, at all times, comply with the laws of the PRC 7.The Employee must not harm the image of the Employer or fellow workers by his/her conduct 8.The Employer has the right to appoint the Employee to work in his franchisee schools.
